ordered a set of wheels and tires and got them and the tpms sensors i paid for didn't work. contacted them right away they told me the frequency was probably wrong and they'd send me a tool in the mail to fix them. no big deal. waited 3 weeks and never got the tool or heard from them. contacted them again and the guy on the phone had nothing but an attitude. said he would send me the tool I'm 2 days and I got skipped. it's since been another 3 weeks after the second call with no tool, no contact, no refund. almost 2 months since I got my wheels and tires. if they can't figure something out this simple I wouldn't trust them with anything else read more

Everything I stated is truth and factual. I'm posting to warn everyone else and I am pushing this further. December 26th I went to Perfection Wheels 919 Thor Drive in Bloomington, Illinois to purchase a 2005 Infiniti QX56 for a grand total of $2336.00 because they lowered the price since they couldnt get rid of it and now I know why. While there I asked them about what was fixed and what was wrong with it. He told me the electrical was fixed and a few other things I honestly cant remember and should of gotten a print out of. So I did take it for a test drive and it drove fine at that point so I decided we are gonna get it. We get the paperwork done and I take it to a friend's work and she goes and looks it over for me and says these cars are hard to work on and I open my hood and they notice a few things wrong with it the battery being one and it needed replaced and the cables pictured number 5 posted and then she hooked it up and the o2 sensor is out and the fuel sensor is out. After all that I take it home pissed off not gonna lie and my husband takes it for a drive and notices the power steering is going out cuz it got to hard to turn. So I messaged the place and explain about the battery cables and power steering. So he goes bring it in and we will fix it. So the day after New years I take it in and they replace the battery cables but told me that the power steering has a leak and his mechanics charge $150 so I left kind of upset. Then we took it to a mechanic that we know and he looked the vehicle over and noticed below where the brake pads are the wiring is hooked together with duct tape and extension cords and sooner or later it will become a freaking fire hazard. That picture is picture 7. In picture 4 we are not sure what that plastic is. Picture 6 is the dashboard and when you hit a bump it goes off and on and then completely quits working. All the lights have shorts in them and they come off and on. Also the lift gate sensor is out (well what you call a trunk ). My passenger door doesnt open from the inside and window doesnt roll down. If you drive to fast the motor vapor locks and starts choking itself out. I trusted a dealership because you would think they wouldnt lie to you. read more

handed over 3k for 26x14 Tuff t2a. Tate sold me them missing 2 caps, told me they would be mailed asap should expect them couple days after the deal was made. on going a month and a half now still no wheel caps, can't seem to get ahold of him there at Perfection, every time I call he's not there which doesn't make sense to me but Ok, and the 1 time I did get thru to him he just took me around the ringer again about getting me the caps and they're in the mail. So honestly if you're looking to do business with these folks just make sure you've done your due diligence, unlike I did and now have to spend another $100 of own money just to have caps for the wheels. bad buisness is not good business. Would way rather leave a good review but man they earned this one. read more

Horrible...don't go there for any work. Seriously a tire place can't figure out how to mount tires and do an alignment correctly. Look at the tire pressure and how they mounted them. And now we are headed somewhere else to have them fix your mess up with the alignment...you're paying for it but this has been a 3 day ordeal and we still paid you $400. read more

They take hours to respond to messages ask them a simple question to decide on what I want with them and they don't respond unless I text again hours later. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'd give negative stars if possible. I bought a set of wheels and tires from here. I spent $5,220 for the set and when they arrived the tires are so out of round I cannot even use them. I called to see if they could help me They said they would check the warranty and call back. Never got a call back so I called again. They said to send a video so I did. They never responded. I texted them again and they said they would work on it. This goes on and on me reaching out and them saying they will get back with me and they never do. Eventually they promised to warranty them and they would send the tracking info. Even before my wheels came in, I would call to check on them because they were custom built wheels and the same thing would happen. "I'll check and call you back" Never would hear back. It has been well over a month since I got these $5,220 tires and wheels I CANNOT USE!!! I still have not gotten tracking info or heard any contact from them. Will never do business here again and would never recommend it to anyone. Once they got your money they do not care about the customer. read more
