Called Jesse's when it was going to be 2-3 HOURS at another place. They gave me a price far less than Walmart quoted me and they had the tires ready to go in the 5 minute drive it took me to get there. Several guys came out and whipped those new tires right on. Terrible service. Had to go back 3 times because they couldn't get their act together and solve the problem. Each time I had to go buy a part and bring it back. Each time the part they specified failed to solve the issue with my tire pressure sensor. Worse, the owner was a jerk about the fact that I kept coming back when he should have been apologizing for the fact that his business failing to solve my issue was the reason I had to keep coming back. This was despite me being completely nice the whole time. Finally had to go to a competitor. Was hoping this place was one of those folksy, family owned places with great prices and service. It turned out to be just a huge headache. This place is ok if it's an emergency and you just need to slap something cheap on the car. But if you have a choice, go to a real tire place and save yourself the hassle. I know I'll never be going back. read more

Two used tires, one to replace a flat and one to match for $50. These were in pretty good shape - decent tread left on them. No appointment needed, just drive up, talk to the guys standing around and in 15 minutes you'll be driving off with refreshed tires for $25 apiece. read more

Mr. Jesse was very unprofessional and really upset that his workers nor him know about resetting the tire pressure sensor for my car they are not up-to-date and I have no knowledge about tires they are very basic after getting for used tires I had to go back three times and I am scared to go back again for this last time because the problem still isn't fixed my tire is still losing pressure but I will go to someone else and I hope to get the problem solved they thought that if I drive around in my tire pressure sensors would automatically start by working which is an old-school remedy but with the new cars it does not do that they don't even have the tools to reset The sensors so I had to go to the dealership to get my senses reset I cannot believe how nasty and mean that Mr. Jesse was during this whole ordeal Aj I will not be going back to them last my tire break down on Clinton read more

I have been to Jesse's twice in the past year and received outstanding service and a very reasonable price. They recently moved to the west side of Bloomington to Brown Street to a bigger and better establishment. They don't try to sell you tires when you don't need them. Jesses Tire / Auto repair. My experience today at the new repair shop next door. I need 2 sensors replaced in car and went there 2 days ago. He looked online at where they were on the engine and told me $50 to change them. OK? I get sensors and go back today and the same guy tells me its $200 " But I'll do for $150" I said 2 days ago you said $50 which he denys. I go to Bairds Automotive and they say $80 to $100. You dont save much at Jess's obviously. I feel they attempted to sucker I and will not be returning TYVM. BTW the Mobile Mechanic guy I found on Craiglist is coming tomorrow to my house and putting them in for $40. read more

Went there because my tire was always needing to be refilled with air....Not sure if I needed a new tire or just to be repaired. They checked my tire and fixed it with in 15 minutes . It was great service and the price was great too $15 for a fix.. Great job and will be back if need be. read more

Traveling across the country the day before a holiday and getting a flat tire at 5:45pm is never a good thing. I received a recommendation from the local auto parts store (thanks Carlos at O'Reileys!) who called and Jesse said he'd stay open and wait for me to get there to fix my tires. 30 minutes after close, Jesse was waiting and he and his staff quickly and quite economically changed the 2 tires needed! The only reason I am giving it one star is because you can't leave a remark with no stars. I called and asked if they had tires for a certain size and they said several kinds. They had both new and nearly new. They quoted me a great price. Drove 45 minutes to have tires put on and before bringing in the car.. I called a second time to confirm the tires and they said definitely.... to bring it in and they will have the tires on in 2 hours. Well ... as you might guess with the one star.. they could find the tires.. had to get them from somewhere else... to leave the car and they would have them put on in 3 hours. Well.... now 3 hours later.. they call "Sorry we can't get the tires." I will be sure to let everyone I know ... go somewhere else. read more
