So I'm not understanding something. They can not patch a hole in the tire over 1/4" in length. Through the tread. New tires are thicker than a 1/4". So I just had to pay $13.50 for a replacement tire that I had road hazard warranty on because I had a nail longer than 1/4". Not diameter, length, not through sidewall, through the tread. I would understand diameter, or a sidewall damage. But through the tread and it was a nail. 6 penny by the looks of it. read more

Scheduled an appointment. Was told it would take about 1.5 hours to get 4 new tires. Showed up to appointment on time. Car sat where I parked for 1.5 hours before it was even taken back. Sat in waiting room for 3 hours total. Get home realized they had over inflated one of the tires by over ten pounds. Started letting air out of tire to even it out only to realize they didn't reset the TPMS system. So the where the car thought certain tires were located were actually all incorrect. read more

Brought car in for two separate needs. First a tire leak, the valve stem was bad, they replaced it free of charge. Gave the tech some dinner/beer tip $$$. Second time had braking issues. Belle diagnosed hub assembly problem (greek to me) but had it fixed at reasonable cost in a little more than an hour. read more

I got 4 new tires from Belle Tire in Bloomington. One of my rims was bent and had to be replaced in the process. When I got the car back the tire pressure indicator was on. They told me they didn't have the equipment necessary to turn it off. They sent me to the Mitsubishi dealer who wanted $160 just for me to pull the car in and that it might me more to fix. read more

Absolutely love this location! I went to have a slow leaking tire checked. I made an appointment via their online portal. I got right in once I arrived. The team member who worked with me explained everything and was super friendly. Turns out it wasn't my tire - it was my tire valve stem that was leaking. They replaced the stem and had me out of the shop in about 45 minutes. And when I was driving away, I noticed a coupon for 20% off my next visit in my ashtray. FANTASTIC experience all around! NOW THIS ONE IS A MUST READ!! EPIC NIGHTMARE FROM HELL! ZERO STARS! THIS STORY IS 100% TRUTHFUL AND FACTUAL WITH VIDEO AND PICTURES TO BACK IT UP!! Never write reviews...Belle Bloomington deserves one. Now I'm bringing in my own brand new tires purchased elsewhere because they are kind of hard to find. 285 40 20 Pirelli P Zero A/S rear and 255 45 20 P Zero front tires. I told them on the phone while making the appointment this was a factory staggered setup (larger rear/smaller front) as they asked me the tire sizes on the phone. Simple job, remove the original Good Years, mount 285s on the rear larger rims, 255s on the smaller front rims. Simple right? 11 AM appointment...car goes in at 2:30. I know because I'm a waiter, sitting in front of the service desk the whole time. Have to say, when you spend that much time listening to the workings of this staff, let's just say it wasn't giving me a whole lot of confidence. 3:45...car is behind the glass right in front of me...still with the wheels off. I go to the front desk, 8 feet away from my extremely hard perch for the last 4 hours and 45 minutes. I say, seriously, what the f... I was given ZERO acknowledgement the whole day sitting in clear view of them, not a word was said about the delay. They had been telling walk in's all day it would be a two hour wait, so at almost 5 hours for someone that had an appointment... that's just not right. Told them about my displeasure...after some discussion with the manager, the service advisor said there would be no charge. Believe me, I gladly would have paid the $140 bill to have gotten the hell out of there two hours earlier. 4:05...my suv was pulled around and I was handed the keys. Something looked strange out the window though. I'll be DAMED if on the drivers side they squished the small 255 front tire on the large 10.5 inch rear rim and stretched the big 285 on the little 9.0 front rim. So picture this... small rim/large tire mounted on the rear... WAY inside the wheel well, large tire/small rim sticking out of the front fender about an inch. Passenger side, correct mounting, large tire/large wheel, small tire/small wheel...BUT again, large one was put on front and small on rear. SAY WHAT???? Also 4 decent scrape marks through the clear coat of my pristine wheels. How do I know they did it? Car has factory performance brakes, makes crazy brake dust, I take care of my cars, I clean them twice a week...by hand. I know every mark in them...which was zero except for a small scratch in one of the fronts. I fetch the manager as a meltdown was near... said how does something like this happen?!? He said he would bring it back in and no worrys...they stretch tires on big/small rims all the time. I'm telling you, those tires did NOT look happy the way they had them. As for the rim marks, he said his tire machine doesn't touch at those spots. As working for the local car dealerships for 25 years, and having a couple tires replaced in my day, he was not being truthful. THANKFULLY, I took video of each rim before I arrived. Even after showing the video of my rims with no marks (except for the one scratch) he insisted on saying they didn't do it and they have cameras in the shop that would prove it. You have cameras that zoom in on wheels being mounted? I have 4K zoomable video proving him wrong. He said he'd tell corporate and they would decide if they were liable. I go to walk inside as he is now talking robotic corporate lines they must use when they know they fu.... up and they try to put it on the customer. He said " why are you walking away from me, I've been nothing but curious" Now, this is the first time I raised my voice...I said you're not saying anything I want to hear (as I was realizing I was going to get screwed in all of this) I said twice...you guys did this...not me! 5:10...car is done. They toss me the keys and say have a good evening?!? Everything is on correct, big/big on rear, small/small on front. CONCLUSION... 1... my brand new $505 (yes, and that was on sale!) rear big tire howls between 60-70 mph (that was the one stretched on the small rim) Noise was not present prior. Car has 24K miles on it, Pirelli is new,,,dated 2024 with all factory stickers on 2...I have to live with the 2 gouges and 2 scrapes they caused Belle has ghosted me on any claim (as I knew they would) Good work manager...as I knew he would do nothing. 3... took me 45 minutes to get all the grease and marks off the wheels and damn ...did they TRASH my black AMG floor mat. 50% of the mat was covered in white tire install grease 4...had to adjust all tire pressures... backs were off 6 psi, one front 7, other front 3. 5...6 hours and 10 minutes of my day spent in a tire shop. I swear I have less brain cells. Not worth the 'no charge' for less brain power. I cannot recommend Belle Tire in Bloomington...talk about regret on my part!!! DAMN! read more

I have been here twice and received great service both times. The first visit they plugged a tire and said no need to replace. Second time I had a flat and this time it could not be repaired so we got a new one. I was inclined to buy two to keep the wear even on front tires but they said the wear was so minimal I was ok to replace just one. Belle Tire is so amazing, efficient, and affordable! Originally went to Carx for a wheel alignment but their call center was not knowledgeable of their locations service hours or restrictions. Had an appointment scheduled for a wheel alignment but Carx does not have technicians available after 5pm for this service. Called around and got ahold of Belle Tire and Jalen was so helpful and attentive, he got me in right away for my wheel alignment! Plus, the pricing at Belle Tire was way better than Carx. So, thank you Belle Tire and Jalen! I'll gladly return for future services and business! :) read more

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!! I was having a slow leak in my front driver's side tire and I took it in and left it overnight. Well needless to say all they did was let out air of all four tires to 28 psi when they should be at 35 especially in the weather we have been having and then too top it off I was given my car back with the check engine light in and my remote start not working. Grant it cost me nothing but now I have to take it somewhere else to have them repair what I brought it in to Belle Tires for originally and also have the engine checked. Like I said I would NOT recommend me this place especially if you know nothing about cars. read more
