After numerous phone calls I ended reaching Front2Back in Decatur...they said they would wait for me to drive from Springfield to their shop. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. So, I promised them I'd be there. When I pulled up there were four guys sitting there and they jumped up to greet me. Five minutes later all the doors were open and I one guy in each doorway got busy. Less than an hour later I saw a whole different interior - it was showroom ready! One fat tip in the hands of the crew and later on that day my client was thumbs up with his clean truck. Front2Back was on it and I don't care what anyone says...they have my business anytime I have business to do in the region. Thanks guys!!!

I'm very happy to update that the Dealership's Sales Manager called and apologized for the way we…read morewere treated over a mistake. That's all I was asking for was an apology. Thank you. Loved this dealership until a recent experience. We purchased our second vehicle from them. Post purchase we were treated very poorly. Not by our salesman, but by the Office Staff and Sales Manager. We had already been misled by the Finance Manager. They had our salesman call and apologize when he wasn't the problem. That young man was always kind and respectful. It's the Office Staff who met us at the door under direction of the "Office Manager" that treated us terribly. The Office Manager or Sales Manager should have called to give us a heads up of the situation but no one bothered to call.

I recently purchased a vehicle from this location that was a replacement vehicle that had been…read moretotaled out due to an accident. Zach was my salesman, great young man, very understanding, even JP the sales manager was very understanding at the time. However, there are two things that I found that bother me with the vehicle after I had purchased it both of which I feel should've been taking care of prior to me, taking possession of the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I did not notice that there was a tire pressure monitor sensor that was out. Seen as I had spent close to 20 grand for this vehicle. I would've at least expected them to have replaced at least that one sensor if they would've been generous about it they could've easily replaced all four sensors in the tires. The other issues that I have with the vehicle that while they were getting it prepped for me to pick it up. Would've been to do a fresh oil change on the vehicle. Both of these are considered minor repairs and probably would've taken about an hour to do maybe two at Max. My overall experience with this company was good, on the days that I picked up the vehicle Zach was out of town on personal business and I dealt with Tony another salesman. Very nice gentleman, although I am still disappointed in the fact that they sold me a vehicle with a bad TPMS sensor and that they did not do a fresh oil change on the vehicle or reset the display if they had done a fresh oil change on the vehicle.

At that time the repair was so quick that I didn't get to witness the entire Weber Body Shop experience from start to finish. Recently I took my van in after having an accident that caused approximately $4,000 worth of damage. From the minute I walked into the door, Richard from Weber Body Shop took very good care of me professionally. I was provided a loaner vehicle, alleviating the stress of not having my van. The body work was exceptional quality and the staff went above and beyond, including cleaning my van inside and out. Weber staff handled the discussions on the claim with my insurance company and the work was done well and in a timely manner. I will definitely use them in the future and strongly recommend them for any auto body repair. I am glad to have such a great company locally available.
