At approx 9am I called to see if there was availability today for a full detail on my husbands dually. I was told yes to bring it in and it would get taken care of today. I was told the cost was $100 for a full detail. When I got there "Archie" told me the job would be $135 , that the boss has told me wrong and when they get done with the truck it will be so spotless I could eat off the hood. I asked them not to clean the bed of the truck but make sure the bed cover was cleaned appropriately.I arrived at 11am and explained that I would be back at approx. 330pm with my husband to pick up the truck. I received a call from "Archie" at 220pm telling me that I had to come pick up the truck right then because the boss told them they had to go home because it was raining. I explained my husband did not get off work till 3 and I could not get there before 330p. I was told I HAD to come now. I told him I would try to get someone to take me in to get the truck. When I arrived the doors ,seats and steering wheel were soaking wet. The floor mats had standing water in them and were still dirty. The inside of the truck looked like it had been hosed down. When I questioned it , I was told the truck was too big to fit in the bay so they had to work on it in the rain outside and left the doors open. The clear coated wheels were not even touched. Mud was still on the speaker covers. Now mind you, they had the truck from 11a-245p. That truck should have been detailed much much better.There was an area on the back wheel panel that had a rub of green paint on it when I took it in.The truck was obviously not hand buffed and to tell you the truth I frankly am not sure it was waxed at all. When I got home my husband hand buffed the paint off himself which took about 2 minutes. We do not recommend and will not be going back to Front to Back Auto detailing again. read more
