No contact from Discount Tire. Status "tracking" tracks nothing; even refreshed, still displays 3:14. Hiked back to ask at counter for an updated completion time. Employee at first only assured me they guarantee "same day service." When pressed for an explicit estimate, informed me that there were still several jobs ahead of me before mine would start (When did they show up?) and it should be roughly two more hours. Wait time quietly adjusted from roughly three to roughly six hours. Seemingly bumped back several places in queue. No communication of any of this at any point in the process, while I was waiting, making no alternative arrangements. P.S. (edit): Read my last review, automatically attached. I go in expecting a wait of hours, reasonable or not. But giving an estimate of hours, providing a broken tool that actively implies for hours that everything is running on time, then not only increasing but practically doubling the number of HOURS of estimated wait time to complete a job--and that with zero proactive communication, only after the original estimate has lapsed, and only when actively pressed not once but twice--is unacceptable.

They got my car running again and got me back on the road. I took it back this year to get a scan and they have to do some more work but they getting it done in a timely fashion. Definitely take their time to make sure everything is running smoothly and working properly. I knew it was alternator because had my battery checked and it was good and battery light coming on and if you look it up to see why battery light coming on its the alternator. Well car x wanna tell me it's my battery cause they too lazy to fix the alternator. I went to junk yard got an alternator for 100 bucks and my boyfriend put it in and car is now back up and running.
