We had a tire blow out on Thursday afternoon on the interstate. The AAA tow truck driver recommended heading to Discount Tire to seek a replacement. We did get what we needed but determined there were additional issues . We located a hotel and started calling shops. Many were totally booked out for several days. Fortunately, we received a different response from Johnson and Johnson. They agreed to check our vehicle if we could get it to them. Another AAA tow achieved that and they felt confident they could fix it. We spent the rest of the morning there. All staff were friendly and polite. They offered donuts, water, pop, and coffee. The waiting area had comfortable chairs and was very clean. Restrooms were also clean. The staff kept us abreast of what they found and that they would be able to get parts and repair today. They were fair and transparent on pricing and accomplished getting us back on the road within hours instead of days. They saved me hundreds of dollars! My local dealership wanted to charge me an asinine amount of money for labor to replace a low beam headlight bulb on my vehicle. A friend who lives in Springfield recommended I check with Johnson & Johnson as she always had a positive experience at a fair rate. She called, I dropped off my vehicle, they replaced the bulb for an extremely small fraction of the price my dealership quoted me. If I ever need vehicle repairs or maintenance while I'm in Springfield I will have my vehicle serviced at Johnson & Johnson! read more

Friendly Chevrolet was unable to timely repair my Tahoe due to their lack of ability to schedule vehicles for repair, so i had the Tahoe taken to Johnson & Johnson. Everyone there was very easy to talk to and took time to understand the problem. Even tough they were backed up with vehicles needing service they managed to look at my vehicle and diagnose it within a couple days. This will now be my goto place in the future for vehicle repair. The Chevy garage should take lessons in how to run a garage from Johnson & Johnson. read more

I was in Springfield visiting family, and while driving my mother to an appointment, I heard a "clunking" noise coming from the front end of my van. It was late in the day, near closing when I called Johnson & Johnson Auto Service Center to see if they could possibly look at my car. Not only did they accommodate me, they were friendly, professional and incredibly thorough in the inspection of my vehicle.
