I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago, I make my payments on time, I keep up the regular maintenance on it, and I am still driving an unsafe vehicle. I have taken this vehicle into these people on numerous occasions twice I have taken it in there and told them that I am having problems with the same two things both times I was told that their technicians looked at it and these things are not a problem! After the last time they had it and told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the two things that I'm still having a problem with they hadn't even checked the fluids for either one of those things. So, I'm supposed to trust my life against the evidence that I have seen with my own two eyeballs that they are not doing their jobs or even taking what their customers are saying seriously. I almost got hit merging onto the freeway a week and a half ago because my car will not accelerate like it's supposed to. I was told we don't give loners so when you bring it to us for whatever undetermined amount of time you're going to have to figure out how to get 40 minutes away from your home to go to work one way. I cannot afford a rental car and unless I'm hit or in an accident my insurance isn't going to pay for a loaner either. If they had fixed it right when I took it in there the last time which was also 3 weeks before I started this job in an attempt to get this fixed before I had to start driving 40 minutes one way, then I wouldn't now be in a position to choose either my safety or my livelihood. they have put me in a very dangerous position and since I don't want to lose my $23 an hour job over not having a vehicle that I pay for I am being forced to drive with it the way that they gave it back to me which wasn't fixed. I've never sued anybody a day in my life but I'm damn sure about to! And I'm going to continue making these reviews until these people make it right with me, rather it be they fix my vehicle like they were supposed to the first time I took it in there or rather we do it in a courtroom

I will start by saying I was a little lost upon arrival as I went to the Audi sign but that's just the sales department. You enter the service department through the Toyota dealership. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and met Emma. I informed her of my concern and not having an appointment and she sad no issues we'll take care of everything and invite me into the waiting room. The waiting room is large, has coffee, water, pop/soda, and popcorn. They also have desk like setups to work too. This service center is amazing and took great care of me on whelm. As a traveler, it can be a grave concern at times when your vehicle begins to break down…read more I had a horrible experience in that I had two rear tires replaced but had my front tires removed and lug nuts not properly replaced. Driving from Illinois to Texas, my car started to pull left and steering wheel increased in shaking. Whomp,whomp, whomp....etc. I pulled over where I had to, I could drive no further. The folks that replaced my rear tires said I needed to replace my lower left ball joint (I have their forms with that recommendation) so I thought that must be the problem. I didn't need to replace anything, they needed to replace the tire that they shouldn't have removed and tighten the lug nuts, which they did not. When I took my car to Parkway, after talking with Johnny, I thought...here I go again...I'm going to get screwed. What happened next was the exact opposite. Johnny was quick, clear and honest. My ball joints were fine, but three lug nuts had come off and the studs had snapped off. I had no idea of the damage or cost. He quoted far less than that of replacing ball joints that didn't need replacing, and when he billed me out...it was nearly $30 less. Honest work, correct analysis and remedy. 100% recommend. Great job Johnny!!

I called and they immediately told me that I should take it to Friendly Chevrolet instead, and that they were the best. I don't know what's up with the Yelp ratings, but, all of the dealership sites give Friendly top marks, and rightfully so. I was helped by Randy in the service department who stayed on top of my repair from start to finish, bending over backward to make sure everything was done correctly.
