The first salesman I was greeted with was able to show me the exact vehicle I looked at which was the 2012 Dodge Caravan that I had been viewing online for weeks. When I viewed the vehicle I initially asked when I saw the back seats were slightly dirty if they detailed and cleaned the car before showing, and he said it was not able to be cleaned and in so many words as is... I did not really feel that was the case because it looked like stains that I could have easily removed myself didn't know if he just was more concerned about showing the vehicle. I thought that was a negative to the visit but overall he had to go and I ended up working with Chip (Richard) who was pleasant and took me for the test drive. Chip was my salesman for the remainder of the experience and went above and beyond to assist me. I caught a great deal with this purchase and what I most appreciated was his honesty. I didn't notice the radio didn't work and he caught that before the deal was over and made sure I got set up to have a new radio installed. I was very appreciative that they didn't let me pull off and not fix that. The car drives great and doesn't have any issues. I The reason I didn't give a 5 is because I would recommend that they detail, clean and properly inspect before showing but other than that I was so grateful of for the deal I brought Cupcakes to show my appreciation. I will start by saying I was a little lost upon arrival as I went to the Audi sign but that's just the sales department. You enter the service department through the Toyota dealership. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and met Emma. I informed her of my concern and not having an appointment and she sad no issues we'll take care of everything and invite me into the waiting room. The waiting room is large, has coffee, water, pop/soda, and popcorn. They also have desk like setups to work too. This service center is amazing and took great care of me on whelm. Definitely go here for service and work with Emma.
