They dont lube the brake hardware and sometimes will leave vitial parts off of the car. The service manager is really hard to work with and chooses what will be covered under "warrenty" regardless if its covered. If he thinks your an ass or if he dont like you he'll completely refuse to work on the pos you baught. Ive seen complete wheels fall off after its been threw service. worst customer service ever dont go here.

Terrible. That is the only word that comes to mind when I see the name of this company. I am now at…read morethe point where I am being forced to purchase a dash cam and put a retainer down on an attorney. I purchased my vehicle almost 2 years ago, I make my payments on time, I keep up the regular maintenance on it, and I am still driving an unsafe vehicle. I have taken this vehicle into these people on numerous occasions twice I have taken it in there and told them that I am having problems with the same two things both times I was told that their technicians looked at it and these things are not a problem! After the last time they had it and told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the two things that I'm still having a problem with they hadn't even checked the fluids for either one of those things. So, I'm supposed to trust my life against the evidence that I have seen with my own two eyeballs that they are not doing their jobs or even taking what their customers are saying seriously. I almost got hit merging onto the freeway a week and a half ago because my car will not accelerate like it's supposed to. I was told we don't give loners so when you bring it to us for whatever undetermined amount of time you're going to have to figure out how to get 40 minutes away from your home to go to work one way. I cannot afford a rental car and unless I'm hit or in an accident my insurance isn't going to pay for a loaner either. If they had fixed it right when I took it in there the last time which was also 3 weeks before I started this job in an attempt to get this fixed before I had to start driving 40 minutes one way, then I wouldn't now be in a position to choose either my safety or my livelihood. they have put me in a very dangerous position and since I don't want to lose my $23 an hour job over not having a vehicle that I pay for I am being forced to drive with it the way that they gave it back to me which wasn't fixed. I've never sued anybody a day in my life but I'm damn sure about to! And I'm going to continue making these reviews until these people make it right with me, rather it be they fix my vehicle like they were supposed to the first time I took it in there or rather we do it in a courtroom

We had a recall on a part and after 5 hours of sitting there they said it still wasn't fixed. We live out of town and they wanted us to come back the next day and we couldn't. We called them around noon on Monday after not receiving a call back. We were told a service manager would call us back. Never happened. On Tuesday we called back again and spoke to Jim who said the car didn't have an appointment for 3 more weeks. We explained to Jim the car had broken down and needed to be repaired and the appointment was for an oil change we had previously scheduled. Jim was adamant that an appointment was required for any service to be done. He advised he would have Marquis, a service manager, call us back but he probably wouldn't be able to move up the appointment. After 3-4 hours we called back again because we had not heard from Marquis. This time we were directed to the voicemail for the Toyota dealership. We called back and spoke to Jim again who maintained the car did not have an appointment for 3 weeks. After getting no where with Jim we requested to speak to his boss, Ebony. Instead we were transferred to the elusive Marquis who said they probably couldn't even look at the car until the oil change appointment 3 weeks in the future. But if someone else canceled he might be able to have someone look at it in one to two weeks. When we pointed out the oil change guy wasn't going to be diagnosing and repairing the car, Marquis said he would shift a qualified mechanic to that bay but he couldn't promise to get us in any sooner. Marquis advised we really should schedule an appointment before having the car towed to the dealership. He advised the next available appointment was 4 weeks away. When we explained that was not a customer friendly way to run a car service center, Marquis said he didn't like where this conversation was going. We told Marquis we would like to speak to his boss Rick he responded that he would leave him a message and hung up on us. The moral of the story is if you're going to break down, make sure you anticipate it about 4 weeks in advance.
