One day, my mom randomly went to the website and saw a banner that said "we are no longer doing events". Surely they weren't talking about our event that we already paid for and ordered table cloths/decor for! Yup!!! They were. Not a call to tell us anything. My dad had to go check it out and to ultimately get his money back. "oh we emailed you" No, you should've called. They threw a huge monkey wrench in our event planning.
