I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic last year because of engine or transmission issues. At…read morefirst they said they were done, but didn't diagnose the issue, so I pressed them and they did a more thorough check. After they were done, they recommended a bunch of work which is to be expected. When I started the car to drive off, it sounded like the muffler was removed. I went from having a car that would drive fine in town but knocked at highway speeds, to one I was embarrassed to even start. I ended up selling it to a different dealer. I would NOT recommend their service department, and will not consider them for future car purchases.

I was impressed with this dealership when we first bought our 4Runner five years ago. They went…read moreabove and beyond to get me my vehicle. Now they sent me a rude email asking me to sell them my car because they have a customer looking for one. So? It's not my responsibility to sell my vehicle I love because a potential customer wants one. I replied back with NO. Then instead of accepting said NO, they decide to send texts. if I wanted to sell my 4runner (which I don't) I wouldn't go that far away from my home. there are toyota dealers closer to me I could unload my vehicle. Overall they aren't a bad dealership but I'm unimpressed with their recent behavior. They shouldn't be going through previous customer's information begging them to sell their car to them.

More than 30 days later, despite two phone calls, leaving messages expecting return calls and two emails requesting the documents, I still have not received them. Providing customers with their purchase paperwork is a basic responsibility, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the dealership to get documents that should have been sent weeks ago.
