We told them she didn't want gap insurance and they charged her the highest one. They even added an additional optional gap policy and they added it without tell us. Then she went through their financing group and ended up paying about $20k for a $10k priced car. We continue to fight with the finance group now after she paid off the total in 4 months and had to pay 56 months of interest. Be wary of this group....very wary. Also, she has taken the vehicle in for repair on the back windshield wiper doesn't work, the radio system is crap and the tires don't hold pressure. The car had only 90k miles and it still has loads of issues they can't seem to fix. I would recommend staying away from this group. They take advantage and are the representation of the used car salesmen my dad always warned about.

After they were done, they recommended a bunch of work which is to be expected. When I started the car to drive off, it sounded like the muffler was removed. I went from having a car that would drive fine in town but knocked at highway speeds, to one I was embarrassed to even start. I ended up selling it to a different dealer. First week I had it, I noticed the transmission slipping. Fine they took it and swapped out the transmission torque converter that was causing the problem. Finally get it back out of the shop just for the next day it not to start and strand me at the store. Have it towed to the shop and the starter harness was damaged when they replaced the torque converter and rigged it up and said nothing about it. They said they fixed it but nope just rigged it again to get me out of the shop. Next, no AC. Took it to the shop to see why the AC wasn't working and the ac compressor just fell apart as the cover was taken off. Asked if they would fix it and if course it was no. So I paid for that to get fixed. And here I sit again stranded at the gas station because it won't start. Save yourself money and time and purchase else where. This vehicle has spent more time in the shop than I have been able to drive it. Not impressed at all. If they had completed a proper inspection these items would have been easily identified and maybe repaired before purchased or at least disclosed so I knew what I was getting... however that's not how it happened.
