First week I had it, I noticed the transmission slipping. Fine they took it and swapped out the transmission torque converter that was causing the problem. Finally get it back out of the shop just for the next day it not to start and strand me at the store. Have it towed to the shop and the starter harness was damaged when they replaced the torque converter and rigged it up and said nothing about it. They said they fixed it but nope just rigged it again to get me out of the shop. Next, no AC. Took it to the shop to see why the AC wasn't working and the ac compressor just fell apart as the cover was taken off. Asked if they would fix it and if course it was no. So I paid for that to get fixed. And here I sit again stranded at the gas station because it won't start. Save yourself money and time and purchase else where. This vehicle has spent more time in the shop than I have been able to drive it. Not impressed at all. If they had completed a proper inspection these items would have been easily identified and maybe repaired before purchased or at least disclosed so I knew what I was getting... however that's not how it happened.

You are given 10 days to test the car out and return it if not running right or just don't fit your vibe . My suggestion to you get the car put it through the paces in the 10 days. And if you don't trust them or think something is off about the car take it to a shop you trust let them do a bumper to bumper check if something was doctored on it they would be able to see it .. also look deep into the car I mean go around it check the trim tires etc ... ever heard of the term drive it around kick the tires ? Do your own homework on the car .. Now I will say my experience with the Bloomington store has been nothing short of complete professionalism and friendly staff .. they answered all the questions I had. Trust me I was waiting for them to trip up on something and show why they have a poor rating but nothing happened. We got a really nice 2022 Jeep . Wife loves it ( happy wife happy life ) and I don't have to pay for endless repairs. Win/win. So ask a lot of questions they have all the information on the car if it was in accidents or factory recalls if it doesn't then you can't hold them responsible for something they didn't know .. So it's saying a lot that O'Brien Honda impressed me from the moment I walked in. The person at reception desk greeted us immediately pointing out the lounge, offering a bottle of water or coke, and the free popcorn! More importantly they called a "sales consultant and educator" (my phrase) to help us. Terrance Harrell. with his calm demeanor and expert answers to our questions, was our guy! He built a sense of trust with us that has never changed. I KNEW he was giving me TRUTHFUL answers, even if they were NOT always the answers I wanted. Terrance spent a lot of time making sure that I was getting they type of car I wanted and needed. Honda cars are high-quality anyway, so I appreciated even more that he was not hyping but educating. Even AFTER we committed to buy our car (which I love!), he continued to educate (not sell). So when I drove the car off the lot, I was happier and even more committed to this purchase, because I knew how to drive it and HOW TO take advantages of the neat features the Honda 2019 Accord offers!!
