Over the next five minutes, they finished with the customer at the register, greeted a new customer, helped them, talked to several other customers and didn't follow up with me. All the while, their "casual" conversation included repeated swear words from the employee behind the register. This employee knew there were young children in the store because she was the one who saw me come in and greeted me. Now, to be fair, I had a whale of a headache so my patience was a bit thin, but to swear repeatedly in earshot of children is unacceptable for an employee of the business. Sorry...I won't be back, especially after walking out, going to the store just down the street, and being treated so well. In terms of the other car repair places, I've been to in Springfield this was certainly the easiest experience for me. Would definitely recommend.
