The purchasing process went as smoothly as possible - got the car for a test drive, got it examined by a mechanic, got back, signed a couple of papers, paid, and got the car with everything else take care of. I later got the license plates delivered by mail. A week after buying the car I took it on a small trip to Chicago and back, and several warning light lit up. They took the car and fixed everything I had asked for, no questions asked, quickly, and most importantly free of charge. I gave them 5 stars because they delivered everything they promised, were fair and honest, and this is what matters the most when buying a car.
