This is a multi-automobile dealership featuring MB, Audi, Volvo, VW, and Subaru. I had to replace…read morethe battery in my Volvo XC60 prior to making a trip to Illinois for Thanksgiving. The Interstate battery dealer told me I would need to have the computer reprogramed even if the memory in the car were preserved with 12 volts in the system while the main battery was replaced. Sure enough, the check engine light came on, the auto stop/start system light came on, ect.. I took my car to this dealership first thing Friday morning after Thanksgiving. They took me right in, told me it would be $75.00 to reset my computer and reset the error codes, which was quite a bit less than our Florida Volvo dealership. Once reset and updated the technician found our auxiliary system battery was almost dead which is why our auto stop/start was not working. They replaced it and washed and vacuumed our car and sent me on my way for much less than any visit to our Florida dealership. When ready to replace our current Volvo, I may fly up to Bloomington-Normal and buy here. Excellent service.

Absolutely love this location! I went to have my battery checked after our recent cold spell. I…read morewas greeted promptly by a very friendly team member. Then TJ (Store Manager) came out to do the actual check. He was very efficient and even offered to check my alternator. He ran the tests twice as a double check - just to make sure - since I was driving out of town later that day. After this was completed, I asked him for recommendations on how/where I could resolve a problem I had encountered. Earlier in the day, my spare key had fallen in between my radiator coils and landed in the tray underneath. TJ didn't hesitate to check it out - instead of offering recommendations he dove right in - he used outside the box thinking and multiple tools. After about 30 minutes and much hard work and dedication he retrieved my key. I couldn't believe he did it and didn't give up! I was thrilled and thankful! So grateful for all of TJ's help! I must say, this team knows how to put the customer first…read more I should begin by saying that we love Hyundai vehicles. Our last 4 have been Hyundais (2 Sonata and 2 Santa Fe). I say this to explain that we love the company. Now let me explain why we love this dealer. First, and foremost, their service department is the best we have ever dealt with. They actively work to build a rapport and relationship with each owner, and do what they can to make the experience satisfactory. Even if you don't buy a vehicle from them, take it to them to be serviced! Now, their sales team. As I said, we've had 4 Hyundais, but only the last two have been purchased from them. Our first was not purchased due to a less than satisfactory experience with a salesperson that was not customer-centric. The second was because they did not have the specific used vehicle we wanted. Our last two vehicles, however, have been the most painless purchases we have ever made. Not only did they offer several options as far as vehicles, but the negotiation process with both vehicles was without all of the "let me check for one more discount" back-and-forth that happens at some dealers. You can quickly get them to the "This is the payment amount we want per month" and they will do everything in their power to get it there. As long as Hyundai keeps making vehicles that we are happy with, we will continue to use Extreme.

They have now replaced 2 transmissions, the engine, the axle, spark plugs, and now 2 catalytic converters. Still no help from the dealership. Talked to the GM on 4/22/2026. First thing he made clear was he was not going to help until I removed my social media post. I informed him when I made that post, it was removed within 24 hours so then he was willing to speak with myself and my husband. He ended the conversation with a promised return phone call. He has yet to call us back. I have reached out since via phone and email. All I want is for someone to listen to me and help me. I have been nice. I have been respectful. I have not found one helpful person within this company. I do not know what else to do at this point.
