They have now replaced 2 transmissions, the engine, the axle, spark plugs, and now 2 catalytic converters. Still no help from the dealership. Talked to the GM on 4/22/2026. First thing he made clear was he was not going to help until I removed my social media post. I informed him when I made that post, it was removed within 24 hours so then he was willing to speak with myself and my husband. He ended the conversation with a promised return phone call. He has yet to call us back. I have reached out since via phone and email. All I want is for someone to listen to me and help me. I have been nice. I have been respectful. I have not found one helpful person within this company. I do not know what else to do at this point.

They also messed with my auto-start, my brakes, and something else, cause for some reason it keeps cutting off. as i said earlier, i got my car abt a month before it was in their shop, it was running perfect, brakes were awesome, auto-start worked every time, and my car stayed on the whole time! honestly, i would NOT recommend anyone to go here. they will rip you off, play in your face for MONTHS, lie to you, and make your car worse than it was before. btw, i was charged $3,500 just for them to do absolutely NOTHING.

As someone that's not very educated car-wise, it's great to come to a place that you can trust to give you honest information and facts about your car without worrying about being taken advantage of; I would not keep coming back time after time if that was the case. Today I had an oil change and tire rotation, standard six thousand mile service. While it took a little longer than normal (about 90 minutes instead of the 60-75 I was expecting), the technicians were up front with me about the wait time and the cars ahead of me; I knew about the wait from the start. The technician was even able to shuffle the cars around to get me in a little sooner, which was awesome. Overall: I highly recommend Car-X. They've always been friendly and honest, and they know what they're doing.

Then TJ (Store Manager) came out to do the actual check. He was very efficient and even offered to check my alternator. He ran the tests twice as a double check - just to make sure - since I was driving out of town later that day. After this was completed, I asked him for recommendations on how/where I could resolve a problem I had encountered. Earlier in the day, my spare key had fallen in between my radiator coils and landed in the tray underneath. TJ didn't hesitate to check it out - instead of offering recommendations he dove right in - he used outside the box thinking and multiple tools. After about 30 minutes and much hard work and dedication he retrieved my key. I couldn't believe he did it and didn't give up! I was thrilled and thankful! So grateful for all of TJ's help! FANTASTIC experience all around! Great shop! Great staff! Great management! Great customer service! I highly recommend this location. Fast, friendly, trustworthy, and honest! I will be using them for all my future auto parts needs!!! Thank you, AutoZone Bloomington! Thank you, TJ!

More than 30 days later, despite two phone calls, leaving messages expecting return calls and two emails requesting the documents, I still have not received them. Providing customers with their purchase paperwork is a basic responsibility, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the dealership to get documents that should have been sent weeks ago.
