I went in for manufacturer warranty for part. Everything was working fine was happy it was covered under warranty. I pick up my truck and now i had check engine light on , no air...and was told by Caleb my ac compressor lock with no explanation and very dismissive . I then called service manager Bill who was just as dismissive and shifted the blame stated ac compressor went out they just do that. I explained that scan codes showed coolant fan and module and explained that they took those parts off to replace coolant system. He stated it was nothing he could do. My anxiety flared and blood pressure I ended up on the hospital for days. Clay Dooley talk to Molly, Rasheeda , Derrick they are amazing Derrick got me in and found that they didn't plug my coolant fan back in. I really appreciate someone hearing me and actually help me. It shows that Barker created a problem with my truck and I will be speaking to attorney concerning this . Its not fair you get ripped off from Dealerships. You need help go to Clay Dooley.

More than 30 days later, despite two phone calls, leaving messages expecting return calls and two emails requesting the documents, I still have not received them. This level of follow up is unacceptable. Once the sale was complete, customer service seemed to disappear. Providing customers with their purchase paperwork is a basic responsibility, and I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase the dealership to get documents that should have been sent weeks ago. Very disappointing experience to say the least.

The service counter scheduled a tech to come to my job to verify the recall item which she did complete. When I went to pay for the other service work, I asked about a timeline as to when the recall parts would be in, she stated it would be several months possibly. The letter for the recall notice stated the parts were available at all dealerships. A few days later I have a voicemail that the parts were in and to call to schedule the repairs. I called and again they sent out a mobile tech to do another inspection instead of the repair. The same girl came out to do another inspection. We knew this was wrong, the girl called the office and said they would schedule a technician to come out the same day for the repairs. I received no calls, texts, or Vm yet today. Clearly there is a serious communication problem between the staff in the service area. I can't provide a good reason to ever go there and have to deal with this type of service for what they charge per hour! My rating would have been a 1 but the mechanics did their job very well.

Then TJ (Store Manager) came out to do the actual check. He was very efficient and even offered to check my alternator. He ran the tests twice as a double check - just to make sure - since I was driving out of town later that day. After this was completed, I asked him for recommendations on how/where I could resolve a problem I had encountered. Earlier in the day, my spare key had fallen in between my radiator coils and landed in the tray underneath. TJ didn't hesitate to check it out - instead of offering recommendations he dove right in - he used outside the box thinking and multiple tools. After about 30 minutes and much hard work and dedication he retrieved my key. I couldn't believe he did it and didn't give up! I was thrilled and thankful! So grateful for all of TJ's help!
