Rob Cutright, the awesome owner, welcomed us in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, ran out and bought the alternator and installed that while his lovely wife held the light. She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. They gave her a loaner while they charged her battery and then she returned to get hers back. After leaving it stopped working and they said it was because it was still a loaner. She mentioned she had been in and gotten hers back and they said she should have checked under her hood before leaving?!?!
