Rob Cutright, the awesome owner, welcomed us in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, ran out and bought the alternator and installed that while his lovely wife held the light. She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. They had a full garage, but were somehow able to fit me in. Also, I was going to have to wait a bit for my friend to pick me up while they worked on my car, but they even gave me a ride home! Instead of having to wait all day they called and told me my car was done before 1pm, much sooner and much cheaper than I'd expected! Actually the best auto service I've ever had! They gave her a loaner while they charged her battery and then she returned to get hers back. After leaving it stopped working and they said it was because it was still a loaner. She mentioned she had been in and gotten hers back and they said she should have checked under her hood before leaving?!?!
