Go to Valvoline in Tomball Texas if Autozone refuses to change your battery in your vehicle…read more Valvoline was awesome and I appreciate everything they did and I will let others know to stay away from Autozone in Cypress Texas. Autozone denied me service because one of their techs messed up and was sued, now upper management refuses services for certain vehicles. If you want to take a chance with your vehicle getting damaged especially how expensive things are now, Autozone will make sure to deliver subpar service at your cost.

The customer lounge is nice and it better be because the wait was lengthy, four hours. When I got my vehicle back the first time, immediately upon trying to drive away, there was a rubbing noise. Four people had to look at my vehicle to solve the rubbing noise, and he finally determined that the wiring was routed incorrectly, speaking of, the one connection that they make in the hood at the battery was crimped very poorly . I'm glad I got a hitch, but I would be happier to never return to this location. If you can go somewhere else, I would advise exactly that.

Well, I have mixed feelings for these guys. Several months ago, I got my Ram 1500 leveled here then…read morea few weeks ago, I decided to get it lifted instead so I came back here for a lift. I had a similar issue here both times that led to me having "mixed" feelings. First off, let me say, I live in Willis so a trip to Tomball is a little bit of a hike. With that said, when I came here to get my level several months ago, they didn't get it right the first time. My truck was extremely "bouncy" and was making a squeaking noise which led to me having to make a return trip for them to change the level kit & they got it right the second time. Fast forward to several weeks ago when I decided to get my 3.5" lift. I had a similar experience. Brought it in but they didn't get it right the first time. It wasn't bouncy but it was definitely making a squeaking sound. Came back which led to them fixing the struts and getting it right the second time. So both times, they didn't get it right the first time but nailed it the second time which became a bit of an inconvenience for me coming all the way from Willis. One absolute positive thing I'll say is that if you have an issue with your service here, they'll do whatever they can to make it right.
