This lady delivered my auto part, she not getting accommodations for her vehicle and she needs accommodations for her short stature. AutoZone is discriminating against this woman because she's shorter than the average person which is not fair. She's 411 and she can't even get in her truck and they won't do anything to help her and she's in pain every day. A simple fix will be getting a kickstand for the truck so she can get in easily and out.. I hate seeing people that help me suffer. I hate seeing anybody suffer. read more

Bought a MotoRad locking gas cap. It doesn't seal properly. I showed the Auto Zone employee a photo of error message on my 2013 Ford F150 that I am fixing up. I wanted to exchange it for a gas cap from a different manufacturer. They only had one cap to fit truck. I tried to return it with my receipt from five days ago as it is printed on the receipt, "If part fails during the warranty period shown on this receipt, (12 months) bring the part to any Autozone store and you will receive a replacement or refund." The manager said on their website that parts must be in original packaging. BAIT AND SWITCH. The manager refused to give a refund without it being in Original Box-Container. Thus, I will be purchasing a lot of parts to fix up my 2013 Ford F150, but it won't be from Autozone. $25 just cost them a whole lot more money is sales. Short-sighted, uneducated people who are will to screw over the customer at any chance. Manager, good luck in life, you're going to need it. read more

I understand that an auto place is busy on a Saturday but to keep somebody on hold for over 15 minutes and then hang up on them, because who knows, is not good business. I could barely hear the person on the phone and when they asked my name, I had to raise my voice. After being hung up on, I drove over to check on the part that was supposed to be there at 8:00 AM. It was 11:00 and it was there. I proceeded to pick it up and leave. I probably won't be back. My car needed a battery. There was a young man named Omar that was there to help the location out. He said he was from the 25325 Kuykendahl Rd Tomball location, but was helping out a short staffed location. He was awesome and very helpful. He was able to check the life of the battery, verify that I was still under the auto-zone warranty, and help replace it in like 10 minutes. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ambiance - Every Autozone is not arranged exactly the same, but products are often categorized the same, and things are pretty easy to find. If you ever have any trouble, the store clerks are more than happy to assist you. 4. Products - They have a variety of selection for every product you need. Low end and high end products such as air filters for you car. I always find I want here and anything car related, I go here. My boyfriend and I are trying to be more hands on with small repairs, so I have been here a handful of times since we moved to the area a few months ago. I do agree with one of the other reviews that mentioned a longer wait time, but based on the level of attention we receive each time I don't begrudge them that. The store is located in a pretty large intersection that sees lots of traffic, so I try to go off-peak times. So far, they've had every part we have needed and have made good recommendations on our maintanance questions. From a strictly amateur point of view, the selection of products and the knowledge of the employees has been great. read more

If I could give this location a 0 start I would but 1 is the lowest rating possible. I bought my battery at this location and when I bought it someone helped me install it. Fast forward 4 months later my battery has been giving me issues and I need to replace it, I come to the location and they tell me they can't help me take the battery out. They hand me some tools and say here you go. This is just terrible terrible customer service, not even coming outside to look and see how they can be of assistance, literally just hand me a few tools that didn't fit and expected me to take out the battery. Extremely RUDE and INCOMPETENT! Went in to buy 2 shoes and 2 pads for my car. The guy at the register charged me for the parts and then comes back with 4 shoes. When I point out his mistake, instead of acknowledging his mistake and making it right, he decides to give me attitude and tells me he's not a mechanic so how should he know. Ummm you work at a parts store, shouldn't you or the manager train you on the merchandise you're selling? I ask him to get me someone who does know what they're doing. Amanda, who I assume is the store manager, jumps out from behind and rudely tells me he is the only one who will help me. I was so taken aback by the way she spoke to me. So rude and with so much vitriol in her tone! I am not about to spend my money in a place where I am treated so disrespectfulIy, so I tell the guy to refund my money to which Amanda starts ranting to the guy to refund my money and GET ME OUT OF HER STORE. I am blown away at how I was treated at this establishment. Here was no reason for Amanda's cruel attack. I've been to many autozone stores and have always been treated with respect and dignity. I know this sounds odd since they're helping other but no other store completely stops checking out paying customers. I watch 6 people walk out in 10 minutes because of this.
