He delivered these comments without a smile, and the tone came off as unprofessional rather than friendly. He did not offer water, did not give a time estimate, and I ended up sitting in the bay for more than 50 minutes before anyone even touched my vehicle. The music in the shop was so loud you could barely hear anyone speaking. When Luke finally approached to explain the oil change I needed, I asked if it was the same type I received previously. He said he didn't know because his system was "fried" and he couldn't view my past service history. After the oil change was finished, he told a young lady named Faith to check me out. Faith was polite, but when I asked why none of my fluids, filters, or tire pressure had been checked--as they normally do and as I watched them do for other customers--she said she was only told to cash me out, and that I could "come back tomorrow" to have everything checked. This was the longest and worst experience I've ever had at Take 5. The customer service was nonexistent today, and based on this visit, I will not be returning.

Mistakes happen, but refusing to stand behind your work and going back on what you promised is unprofessional. I would strongly advise anyone reading this to think twice before trusting this shop with their vehicle.

They completely did the coolant exchange again. My car stalled on the way home after overheating. I a repair shop and I'm now sitting on $3000 worth of damage done . That's not including the $300 bill from take five nor the $200 tow truck bill. They have turned my claim over to a third-party group who refuses to respond or doing anything to help.
