I thought I would share my recent story of getting my 2016 RRS TD6 repaired. First of all I just…read morebought it in December 2018 from Expo Motorcars IMO stay away from there... anyway, by April 2019 the check engine light came on twice. I had to buy new tires and needed a complete brake job including a new caliper. The Southwest Land Rover dealership wanted to charge me $5,600 for throttle body replacement, front and rear brakes and replace the caliper. And another $255 for an alignment and in a few months they recommend i come back for a mileage service for $1,200. So I thought that was outrageous so I pulled my car from LR southwest Houston to British Unlimited in Spring, Tx where I got a hell of a deal. Instead of replacing the throttle body they serviced it for $150 vs $1.8k at the dealership then they did the complete brake job for $1,295 + $285 for a used caliper w 1yr warranty Vs $3.7k at the dealership. They Also bleed the brakes, did an alignment, an oil change topped off fluids, replaced cabin filter and reset service light all for wait for it $2.3k out the door! Never mind the reasonable prices, their consummate customer service was amazing! I was able to get Multiple questions asked. We communicated via text and phone call throughout the entire process! If that's not great care and service I don't know what is. I say all this to say if you're in Houston, Tx and you aren't getting warrantied work done at the dealer it is worth the drive to Spring/ The Woodlands to British Unlimited where Luis And Steven will take good care of you!

Wash exterior, dry, do wheels and wipe down the interior. Never received a quote for the windshield replacement after sending request info. Drove home picked up one of the vehicles and drove 30 min to drop them off. Got to the shop and the guy I spoke to (Daniel) wasn't there. Spoke with a lady that gave completely different pricing. I called Daniel to inquire why the pricing was different than what he gave on the phone. His response was " I can't make explain it easier than I did, so a 3rd grader could understand it." How rude and insulting given that I still was never given accurate pricing. I highly recommend you not take your business there. Horrible service.

They charge a low price. I come here for brake service or lite maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, scheduled maintenance. For serious repair I go to the dealer. You need to be informed and keep on top of your records in case a warranty issue comes up. It's getting easier as they have a portal for that now.

That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
