That being said the team members working there are always helpful. They don't always have all the parts I need on hand, but since I'm patient it's a non issue. In most situations the parts arrive that day or the next morning. All that said I saw they had a negative review rating so I though they deserve a more efficient non emotional bias review so people know that sometimes it's not the business, but the people they are helping that make things difficult. Otherwise you will be there for 1-3 hours waiting. My appt. was for 1pm and they were not really that busy at 12:50pm - I was shocked. They said I would be done by 1:30pm. So I was going to go through my email and delete 99% of it BUT, at 1:10pm they said my car was ready!!!! Way to go!!!! Talk about great service! I did notice one thing... They usually have free small bottled waters while you wait. But they did not have any in the refrigerator. I don't know if they no longer are offering them or they were just out.
