I would've been fine with them just not answering I was taking a 50/50 chance of them answering anyways but instead of letting it ring they answered and told me they were closed then hung up on me. That's a horrible way to help a customer out when you messed up and answered the phone. I will be going up there tomorrow to speak about this issue. This was the most rudest encounter I've ever experienced and we hadn't even met yet. Just based on the phone call you can tell he is not really interested in hearing you and what you're trying to say about the problem with your vehicle he just wants to be sure he has an appointment bringing him money. He cut me off telling me " Look listen just go get this" and when I was trying to ask for clarification for the timing belt kit he hung up in my face. Then proceeded to lie and say it was an accident.. so why not call your customer back? Cause it was no accident especially with how I was cut off on the phone and he already seemed agitated. but I'm glad he showed his true colors cause that was $600 dollars that I gave to someone else who deserved it and did a fantastic job on my car.
