I'm trying to put them on my discount tire credit account, I give her my social and she tells me there's no credit & I said ok & that was it she ended the conversation. She doesn't offer me to reapply or anything just hands the phone back to my father and tells him there's no credit. Doesn't offer more help or information & my father had to pay out of pocket. This is so frustrating. The first time I dealt with her it was in person back in October and she wasn't helpful at all.

March 26th I call up there cause its been another week with no call, told "I'll call FedEx and give you a call right back." No call back so I call again on March 27th and a different guy says, "I don't see your order in here, what do you want to order?" The level of incompetence is insane, and I don't have my wheel locks or my money back. I really want a manager to reach out to me and make this right.

Hacks! Avoid Hall's Auto Electric! I took my truck in with a…read morecylinder one misfire. 8 weeks in total they had my truck. In that entire 8 weeks I got not one single phone call from the desk-squatter Paul that literally sits next to a phone all day. They charged me $6920 and gave my truck back to me with not only the cylinder one still misfiring but now cylinder 6 as well, and told me that my AC that worked perfectly fine before they got hold of now has a broken compressor, and also now I have a bottom end issue not covered under the work they did. I paid my own mechanic to check their work. There is no bottom end issue. He fixed both misfires by installing two msd solenoids! And the compressor on my AC--works fine--they didn't refill the Freon that they extracted from it! Also found missing bolts. Complete hacks wasted 8 weeks of my life with their incompetence, and I still had to pay another mechanic another $800 to fix their hack diagnosis/work! Avoid these low end losers!
