MIke switched my oem carburetor out with an off market Japanese carburetor unwittingly to me and he charged me $250$ for the repairs. I could never figure out why the carburetor kept leaking gas not until I had it taken off and realized mike never put my carburetor oem Polaris on my ATV. mike kept my oem Polaris carburetor. I texted mike and and told him I had discovered his duplicity, deceitfulness and theft. please put hidden markings on your parts before allowing Mike to work on your motorcycles or atvs. He appears to be very nice but he is not trustworthy. If you have to sit outside with him while Mike work on your vehicle please do that!!! Mike told me that many times when customers order OEM parts the manufacturer will send an aftermarket part, which I know is not true. For starters he told me it was a professional body shop and will charge almost dealership rates. Come to find out he's running this in a storage unit evading taxes. Anyway none of that is my issue.. my issue is him quoting me a price and at the time of pick up doubling the labor rate because they are not good at what they do. The Yamaha dealership said 2hours labor to change the clutch and he charged me for 4 hours and his original quote was 1 hour labor at $100 an hour. He only revealed the price during the time of the pick up and never mentioned it before that. And then he said he won't release the bike unless it's paid. "Professional shop" when given my card to pay he said the credit card machine doesn't work and to make the payment on "cash app" or "PayPal". I don't trust this guy one bit so I paid it with PAYPAL as there's buyers protection and then when we were to get the bike he didn't want to release it because PayPal authenticate this and he could get charged back. So he sends me a REFUND on PayPal and says he will only release the bike if I make a payment on cash app. (I WILL ATTACH SCREENSHOTS) Also not to mention he said it would be done Tuesday(3 days) and it took him 2 weeks. His response was there were other bikes. He wants payments for parts up front... and a professional shop never asks that. He literally has my bike. Also notice the difference in quotes on his worksheet below and he told me to ignore the first one. And adds recommendations "Riding Lessons" This will also be escalated and the business bureau. Absolutely wrong business, unethical people taking advantage of customers and rights as business owners.

We tried to go to the shop and pick it up but he always had a personal excuse about why it wasn't ready. This went on for MONTHS! We finally had someone go to the shop and pick it up and it was pretty much nothing but the frame. Nothing had been done since the day we brought it into that shop 8 months later. Parts he said were complete were broken and sitting in boxes. Then he tries to blame my husband saying the quote he gave him was too low to get it done even though he had been saying the machine was done for months. It appears there are a lot of behind the scenes issues going on at this shop and this guy is a straight up LIAR. We asked him multiple times what the tab was which he could never tell us. For the amount that I paid I assume that the job would have been done right but unfortunately no…read moreupon further inspection on my bike I was able to notice that there was a part missing from my clutch assembly and then the cable was placed in properly due to this improper placement my bike was unable to hold the clutch and while doing a turn it accelerated and got into first gear instead of being able to slowly open the clutch into first gear so it'll get a little speed attraction and be able to move forward it got completely put into first gear and the bike slid out from under me. It was over $2,000 worth of repairs and for a part to be missing and it assembled incorrectly to where the parts are able to be damaged . (The owner's response was to insult me and my bike and tell me that it should have been thrown in the trash if it were up to him.) I've never heard of anyone doing business like this.

When I pulled my boat out of his shop to get the repairs done by a different technician Anthony got mad and went up on his diagnostic charges from $1200. to $1600. I live on the lake and did not own a trailer. Anthony came and picked up my boat with his trailer and he damaged the propeller on my forward facing drive and refuses to pay for the repair of the propeller. I went and purchased a trailer just to get my boat away from Anthony.

The next morning we had a conversation with said office manager and explained that we need to be called to agree on any repairs before they take place so we're not charged for something that we don't want to go through with. A day later we get called that our jet ski is ready. They went thorough with the repairs without calling to let us know yet again. We went in to pick it up and told the office manager we'd like to talk to her. Before we could even get another word out she began yelling at us that she won't be talking to us and that she's calling the owner. After getting off the phone with the owner she proceeds to throw the keys to our jet ski at us screaming "You win! F*** you!" and started walking away. We called out "Ma'am" wanting to continue to explain to her to please just call us next time but she turned around screaming at us to get out and that she was calling 911. We turned around and walked out and loaded up our jet ski and she came out on the phone as we drove away. I would not recommend this establishment solely based on the awful customer service provided by the office manager.
