***update*** All I can say is WOW!! They completed our bike so fast that I was amazed when it was ready. We updated taillights, new bars, new keyfob, and a few other small things. They didn't mind at all about adding two things on to the invoice! Everything looked great and even got some ideas for the next big ticket items for us. By the way this is the place for oil changes!! We stopped in just to look during Black Friday after seeing some great recommendations on FB. The staff Doc and Becky were really nice and went over all types of options with us over different items. They also have a sweet deal on handlebars 650-750 I believe and this includes install you can't beat that. They even let us see the bars on different bikes to choose the right height. We ended up getting handlebars and a new brake/turn light set up. Will update when the install happens to provide how that service went. I really enjoyed the customer service they weren't trying to upcharge us with anything and are open with pricing. Even following up with phone calls and emails as well with other questions. You should really stop by and see what these guys have to offer for your motorcycle needs. read more

Bought a motorcycle over 18 months ago and still have not received the title. He keeps lying and lying with a different excuse every week. Well we found out what he is doing is selling bikes that he has not paid the liens off.. We now have to go to the state and police. This guy is a huge con man. read more

Ronnie's V twin Cycles - Motorcycle Repair Near Me - Willis, Texas

Ronnie had my bike for over a year and I ended up picking my bike up to be fixed by another shop after being given the run around for well over a year, Ronnie tells you what you want to hear and then ignores calls emails and texts hoping you will go away. He stole over 5k dollars from me and I had to sue him in court. He lost the lawsuit but still refuses to pay. He is a theif and hands down the absolute worst motorcycle shop I've ever seen read more

Over a year ago, a year and no tags or registration. Ronnie continues to say he is working on it. I don't know how he continues getting business with doing this to multiple customers. Straight up fraud. read more

Always treated like family! Great prices and love their shop dog. This last time they fixed a screwup from another shop I had to go to in a pinch. Never again read more

I dropped my bike off on August 24th of 2023 for a tank and pipes along with fender and fork paint. The owner Ronnie claimed id have my bike back by the end of September yet after 6 months they still hadn't ordered the parts. Then after 16 months and every excuse in the book and blatant lies they still hadn't completed my bike. I went and picked my bike up in pieces they had the new tank and it was unpainted and wrong pipes still in the box. It has now been 18 months and they refuse to refund the insurance money for services not completed. I have no issue paying for the pipes even though they are the wrong ones and the tank that is unpainted or even the fenders that he had painted but are scratched all up from not being taken care of whole sittong there for 16 months. Also after 18 months I have yet to receive 1 call back and most of the time they ignored phone calls until I drive to their shop an hour away from my home. All in all it has been the absolutely most pathetic customer service I've ever seen and at this point it appears that he's a theif as well. read more

Recently had speakers put in my bags, 2017 street glide, from the day I received my bike, and the completed modificstion, the bags leaked. It is my understanding that the speakers are marine grade but my issue is with the craftsmanship of the shop and they're inability to seal the speakers adequately so that my bags don't leak. I'm not talking about a few drops, I'm talking about significant water retention in the bottom of my bags. When confronted with the inferior work we received excuses and were told to buy covers or don't ride in the rain. My friends 2016 CVO Sgreet glide has identical style speakers in the lids of her bags and they don't leak a drop but that is from Harley not from an aftermarket custom shop like this. I am very unhappy with the work and dissatisfied with the customer service after the sale. I'm sure my money spends just fine and wasn't rejected anywhere it was used as currency. Unlike the inferior craftsmanship at ronnies. I'm sure this post will be deleted rather quickly but the ironic part of it all is they had the nerve to tell me prior to the job being completed, they had no negative feedback on their reviews. I beg to differ. I will screenshot this and put it on my Facebook post as well so there is an accurate reflection in existence somewhere. I do not recommend ronnies for any custom work. read more
