MIke switched my oem carburetor out with an off market Japanese carburetor unwittingly to me and he charged me $250$ for the repairs. I could never figure out why the carburetor kept leaking gas not until I had it taken off and realized mike never put my carburetor oem Polaris on my ATV. mike kept my oem Polaris carburetor. I texted mike and and told him I had discovered his duplicity, deceitfulness and theft. please put hidden markings on your parts before allowing Mike to work on your motorcycles or atvs. He appears to be very nice but he is not trustworthy. If you have to sit outside with him while Mike work on your vehicle please do that!!! Mike told me that many times when customers order OEM parts the manufacturer will send an aftermarket part, which I know is not true. I had a leaking front fork seal on my 2010 Honda Goldwing. After a failed attempt to get it…read morerepaired elsewhere due to poor customer service, I was referred to J&B so I called them. I live 150 miles from their business but I couldn't find a Goldwing repair shop with any decent reviews. I got Jon on the phone right off the bat, the very tech that co-owns the place, and worked on my bike. He knew exactly what he was doing, called me promptly when he had the parts in hand a couple of days after my call, so I trailered the bike to his business. He had it repaired in two days and even did a handlebar lift and repaired a footrest for me, and a several point inspection, including a brake bleed as part of the service. My bike was returned in perfect condition. They are too far for me to go normally, but this was a critical repair and I only dealt with Jon throughout the repair. He and I related very well, and he was more than accommodating. Recommend this business and Jon as a tech that knows his stuff and is very friendly. Their shop rate is $120/hr at this writing. Very reasonable for their knowledge and experience.
