Took in my 2004 Fatboy for some over due maintainence and to fix some things that were screwed up by another mechanic. Not only did they do a wonderful job getting my new handlebar install sorted but they also changed my fork oil and seals, checked the brakes, and while the exhaust was off replaced those seals as well. We made a plan for future work and mods that interest me. Being a female rider, I really appreciated the respect they showed me and the lack of man-splaining. Their per hour labor costs were much more reasonable than the dealership and they went out of their way to source parts at a minimal mark-up. Service was not instant but they clearly explained how many bikes were ahead of mine and when I could expect them to start work. My estimate, while apporximate because I wanted special cables, came in under what what was expected.
