Jay and his assistant arrived a few minutes early and finished within the time frame scheduled and they did a nice job. They were personable, professional and although we agreed the price was a little higher than we'd normally pay for a basic detail locally, the convenience of having a 4 hour service ( for 2 vehicles) done at our home was well worth it, in our opinion. They said to bring it in on Monday and to give them a couple of days, which I did. I still hadn't heard anything my Thurs and I couldn't get a return call from my advisor. I was told by a clerk that nothing had been done yet. I went to the dealership to find out the problem. They got the car in and finally gave me an estimate after I waited. The estimate to replace sensors was approved then. It took them till the next Thursday to finally get them installed after I again showed up because no call was returned. Nearly 2 weeks to get simple repairs completed. I feel like it was only completed then because I kept showing up to inquire about the status. Very poor customer service. I didn't even get a return call frim the Service Manager. Don't waste your time taking a vehicle there.
