After having it for over a month, they finally called to say the fuel problem was fixed, but if I wanted them to continue with the rest of the work, I needed to stop by and leave a deposit. I did that immediately. Another month and a half went by, and after spending thousands of dollars, the motorcycle still wasn't fixed correctly. When I tried to discuss the issues with Jim, he was rude and treated me like I was trying to cheat him out of something. In reality, I was the one who paid for repairs that weren't completed properly. I left multiple messages asking him to call me so we could resolve the problem, and I'm still waiting for that call. I'm sure the response will be, "Bring it back and we'll fix it correctly." That should have happened the first time. Based on my experience, I can't recommend this shop. I'd suggest taking your motorcycle somewhere else.

The first time I called Loud Mouth Cycles a male answered but hung up the phone when I presented my errand. After that they stopped answering my calls, nor do they call back on my voice mail messages. All I want is to learn who made the payment. From their arrogant attitude I suspect it was the shop owner himself who stole $421.32 from me. From my view this is not a trustworthy business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, THEY ARE DEALING WITH THIEVES AND ARE OF NO HELP AT ALL.

Not only was the quote I initially received from them noticeably less than the other shops, but it went even lower because Stephen was more than happy to make changes to the equipment to fit the price range I wanted to stay with. The work was completed in a timely manner. There was an issue with the equipment, not the installation, and Stephen helped me troubleshoot it a few days later at no cost. I will be returning to Loudmouth Cycles whenever I need something installed or repaired on either of my Harley's (they only work on Harley Davidson Motorcycle) in the future and encourage anyone who needs good work done at a reasonable price to do the same.
