I am writing to express my disappointment with the purchase of our first Harley-Davidson motorcycle from your San Jacinto dealership. We purchased a used motorcycle in February 2026 and were strongly encouraged to buy the extended warranty for protection against major repairs. In June, while attending an event in North Carolina, the clutch failed, leaving us stranded. An authorized Harley-Davidson dealership advised the clutch had likely been failing before we purchased the bike and should have been identified during inspection. However, our warranty claim was denied because the clutch had allegedly been repaired by a non-Harley shop before our ownership. We had no way of knowing the bike's repair history, yet we paid for a warranty that offered no protection, forcing us to spend $1,800 out of pocket. This experience has left us feeling misled and deeply disappointed in the Harley-Davidson brand. read more

i bought my 2024 streetglide new there , have some rust on the bike/? even under warranty they refused to take care of it, wouldn't have cost HD San Jac much , but they refused, so i'm going to a different shop for service and when i trade. very disappointing to say the least. the family line they give you is BS read more

After waiting two weeks I was notified my 2001 Fatboy was too old for their machines to diagnose. But they had the year, make, and model when I checked it in. Now I have to go rent a trailer and truck again to bring my still not diagnosed motorcycle home. Then I have to find a mechanic that can tell me what is wrong with it. Thank you for wasting two weeks and hundreds of dollars. You can bet what when I'm in the market to buy a new bike it won't be from here. read more

I recently purchased a 2007 HD FLSTN Softail Deluxe from San Jacinto Harley Davidson , where it became obvious that no service maintenance was performed on the bike prior to putting it on the floor for sale. The brakes, brake pads, brake fluid containing more than a 2% moisture level and the air cleaner (filter) was so bad that it was described as trying to run a marathon with a sock in your mouth! With 28,000 miles and pulling the bikes maintenance records it was a clear indication that a 30,000 miles service was warranted. The requirement for a 30K service was something, that I missed though the safety neglect of the braking system in addition to replacement of the air filter was definitely something the dealership should have noted and serviced prior to allowing it to be sold. After purchasing and trailering to Austin, Texas, the bike immediately, (same day) received a Multi-Point Inspection which indicated the maintenance and service conditions described above. All maintenance items noted in the Multi-point inspection were corrected to include replacing rocker cover gaskets, rocker housing gaskets, new breather assembly , rear cylinder rocker box gasket, new air filter, brake pad kit, brake flush and a 30,000 mile service including the Neck bearing unit inspection. San Jacinto HD, however; should be recognized for replacing the tires and providing a new battery. I'm very happy that Teddy Morse Cowboy dealership of Austin has a Harley Davison Gold Standard Service Award department. I'm ecstatic with the salesmanship of Alton Mounts of San Jacinto Harley and the availability provided for my long distance purchase. Though, I'm unhappy with the lack of professionalism displayed by the service and management of this dealership in placing a vehicle on the sales floor that was not road worthy. Original post: My husband bought his very first Harley here 3 years ago along with the extended warranty. He called the other day because his LED headlamp has died and they told him it wasn't covered under the extended warranty, even though when it was sold to us it was supposed to cover everything and it reads as such! Bad service guys! We plan to go in and talk to them in person to see if we can reason with them since we do all our service and Harley purchasing from them. If they "see the light" I will update my Yelp review and change their rating. Until then, BUYER BEWARE at SanJacinto Harley! They want to sell and not support their customers: which makes for no return customers when we are ready to buy our next one AND we won't be going to their sister store either!!!!!! read more

Bought my 2020 Street Glide Special from them, battery didn't last a year and I ride regularly. I brought my battery in and was told they couldn't replace it until I bought my bike it, I told them I'd love too but I can't get it started... asked if they could tow it and they said no but we know someone who can charge you to... pretty much said not our problem! Went to another dealership and they picked my bike up the next day free of charge! Take care of your customers! read more

3 reviews We purchased two motorcycles from this location and all of our gear. We had a motorcycle accident and had all of our repairs done here and it was a great experience until our last service. My husband approved a little over $1,600 in repairs and the final bill was $2,200 without authorization. Shop says it was a miscommunication over the original price and that this was the amount authorized. Even if that were the case, which it was not the lack of customer service in finding a middle ground to get this resolved is such a shame. We also so highly appreciated the smart-ass comments regarding how if we weren't happy with the amount they were charging us they could also put the $50 in shop supplies they saved us back onto the bill. At this point what does it really matter you've done hundreds of dollars over what I authorized you to do what is another $50 please don't feel the need to do me any favors now. We were about to trade that bike in for a new one my husband saw when we drop this one off for service unfortunately now that will not be happening and we will be finding a new place for service as well all of our friends that ride. Awesome service department! I brought the bike in for service, after picking it up I noticed some service lights had come on. Naturally, I was pissed, so I contacted them immediately. As it turned out, the issue was unrelated to my initial visit. Nevertheless, they agreed to do whatever it took to get me rolling again. And they came through with shining colors! Q, the service manager, went above and beyond what I would expect for ordinary customer service. If there was a lower rating I would give it. A total lack of customer service from Ryan . Would not respond to emails or messages ,even when one of the messages said I haven't heard from you all week and I will pick my bike up in 2 hrs if you don't respond... He had the nerve to look shocked when I showed up and asked for my bike. I even offered explanation but he didn't want to here it.. I told him anyway in from of his boss while she stood there with her mouth open..I told him that because he couldn't answer my emails or phone messages, he obviously didn't want my business. He understood, when I dropped my bike off it was probly going to be about 5 or 6 thousand dollar ticket.. So he lost it and the possible purchase of a new bike... I tell ya, it would not have been my first purchase from them ,, But I guarantee that was my last.. So if u want to be treated like crap and ignored ... After haggling with other Harley stores for a street glide I called Tanner at San Jacinto Harley. I told them what I wanted and where I'd like to be and they accommodated everything I asked for and then some. Very professional staff "joe" the "Youngn" helped with the paper work and Tanner made it right on everything. Absolutely great service when you need it most! This weekend I had a severely damaged front tire on my bike as I rode from Dallas to Webster TX. I called them up and explained that I had to be back on the road to head on Sunday and they got my right in. I worked with Codi who arranged the whole process, in and out. I even managed to get he work done, full replacement of the tire for $50 because of the tire road hazard insurance I have. All around it was a very good experience. These folks went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. Went the parts dept to check on a couple of mirror nuts. Ann greeted me promptly and went right to work looking for them. The parts catalogue wasnt much help, but she never gave up. She llooked for the part number for several minutes, to no avail. She finally asked for help and a nice older guy.stepped in. I was planning on a trip to Sturgis, South Dakota. My cruise control was acting up so I thought I'd take it in and have them service my bike and find out what was wrong with my cruise control. They kept it over night. I had trouble getting in contact with someone to give me an update. The next day I talked to a guy named Nick, he told me that the neutral switch was cross threaded and I needed a new transmission ($1,200). I was blown away because I checked that switch before I took it in. I told him not to do anything to my bike, I'd pick it up. When I got there to pick it up there was no mention of the cross threaded switch. I took it to another Harley mechanic and he found a wire that had rubbed against something and the insulation wore off. He fixed it! That was the problem. I can't believe I was told I needed a new transmission from San Jacinto Harley Davidson. The switch was not cross threaded either. read more

I bought two bikes from Uncle Dave and couldn't be more happy with HIM. Within a week of my 2nd purchase (a brand new street glide special) an employee scratched my fender as I was testing seats. After having my bike there for the repair for 5 days, the service manager, Cue, rudely said since it wasn't ready I could "take it as is and bring it back another time" if I wanted to take it home that 5th day. The sales manager, Mark, also sided with him because I needed to understand "they work by a schedule." Thankfully the GM, Jeff, didn't agree and my bike was finally ready that 5th day. I have owned and purchased more than a dozen motorcycles in my lifetime. That being said, it was time to purchase my first Harley Ultra Classic so the first stop was San Jacinto Harley Davidson. Our salesman was Nate, he was very pleasant. We bought a Ultra off of the floor, then during closing on the bike we were sold a ridicules Harley warranty (Bad Idea). We were told that the warranty covered everything, even tire wear. Wrong. The warranty was of zero use (wasted money). When things went wrong and we tried contacting Nate, he was never anywhere to be found (approximately 6 to 8 phone calls). He is now the finance manager at that location! I went in to discuss problems with the Ultra on two occasions, 1st one, he was there then disappeared. On the second one ... same results! They love selling motorcycles around there but the service you receive after the sale is severely lacking! I will never use this dealership again... read more
