I can't believe I didn't notice it earlier! I called up The Ranch Harley Davidson to see if they had a tire which they did. I then asked when I could bring it in to get it put on. They transfer me to Matt in the service department. He was a total professional. He explained to me that they were booked for two weeks. I was like oh no this is going to ruin my whole weekend due to having a shelled out a bunch of money(hotels, parking passes, etc.) for the rally. Matt said the best he could do is ...drop it off in the morning and they would try to work it in but, cannot make any guarantees. At 3:30 I got a call from Matt saying my bike was ready for me to come pick it up!!!!!! That was yesterday 11/6/25! I cannot believe it! I can still head out for rally today as planned!! I sincerely want to thank Matt and his team for taking care of me, when it was 100% my fault for not noticing my tire earlier ! I didn't think this type of service existed anymore. He didn't make any guarantees(honesty) which I respect. It wasn't his problem. It was mine for letting my tire get this bad! But him and his team made it happen for me and I just want to personally thank him for helping me head down to the rally today!! You now have a loyal customer! Thanks again, Matt!

They helped the wife replace a pair of boots we bought online, and replaced a pair of chaps I bought 3 months ago that had a bad piece of leather in them. The prices are very reasonable (better than other dealerships that charge 5 times for a logo on clothing). They have a big selection of half helmets, and decent selection of 3/4 and full face/modular helmets. They often have great specials and deals going too. We always check the 'mark down' rack just as you come in. Picked up a Fulmer modular helmet for the wife at a steal of a price! We will be back to support this local business. Hope others will too!

The major issue with these brand stores, is that the personnel are just employees. They have no incentive or accountability, other than being nice. I ordered tires from Cycle Gear website, to be delivered to the store. On February 12th, I went to the store, to dropped my wheels. I paid for the installation in advance. I was told the wheels will be ready on February 17th, today at 12:00. As you guessed it, the wheels had still the old tires installed. The employee I spoke to was sorry, but at the end of the day, I drove there two times, removed my tires from my motorcycle for nothing. There is simply no process or system in place. No organization. The employee that brought the wheels back to me had no clue. At least they reimbursed me right away. Bottom line, if you need service, go to a store where the owners are going to want you back. Not Cycle Gear. The funny part is they attempted to have me take a membership, so I could get discounts!!! I would rather get quality and commitment, rather than promises!!!
