Everything about our buying experience was perfection. We researched for months and drove out to College Station specifically to this location because of the reviews. Well worth it. Everyone who we interacted with by phone and in person was knowledgeable, friendly, and direct while still being personable. They love what they do and it shows. We purchased a Buddy and the appropriate gear. They take you through every step of the process and give you orientation training in the back lot. Amazing. Plan for about two hours and they have beverage and a couch for the disinterested teen we brought which was a bonus. Highly recommend. read more

Scoots... What a genius concept! I graduated from A&M 9 years ago and every time I head back to College Station I feel a tremendous sense of nostalgia and delight. If only CS had this place back in my day! They've got scooters you can rent for the day for visitors and ones that you can purchase. Got some cool varieties of scooters in the store, and a repair shop in the back. My wife is pregnant so I didn't want to take her riding...but the thought definitely crossed my mind :). I plan on grabbing a burrito at Freebirds next door and hopping on one of these suckers! read more

This is literally the worst customer service experience I have ever been a part of. My son took his scooter here for service, was told one price, told them to go ahead and fix it, then the price nearly tripled. We have the text messages to prove it. Every time it took it to get fixed (3 times) it was always the same thing. They may be the only place to get service in Aggieland, but please do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE. Bought my brand new 2023 moped NOT EVEN A MONTH ago, first day the speedometer quit working and had to be changed, warranty covered it no problem. 3 weeks later the headlight goes out and I had to bring it back. They tried to quote me "half hour" even though it took 15 mins and is brand new. They fixed it and gave it back. Next day my speedometer quit working again and needs to be repaired for the third time in a month. Sounds like the mechanic is just trying to make a pretty penny trying to charge me for labor costs‍ all in all, I don't recommend getting a scooter or service on a scooter from here read more

I went to go get my state inspection for my moped and they were super rude and short and then tried to charge me $7 for the 25 cent state inspection and when I brought it up they failed me cause of my tires that were fine and tried to sell me new ones. I went to another legit shop and got my inspection like normal. They've screwed over multiple of my friends too. Would not recommend them. read more

They made sure I was comfortable before driving off the lot, reminded me of upcoming maintenance needs for the scooter (to be taken care of by them), and allowed me to store the scooter at the shop when I decided to rent a car one weekend. Found Scoots while in CS with a friend and as a scooter and motorcycle rider, I had to check it out! It's a great shop! They have a large inventory of scooters and a good selection of accessories. Their prices were reasonable. The staff were friendly and knowledgable- hung out for a while chatting with them. They even had a couple of 1980's minibikes and a Stella with a side car. read more

This may be a good place to RENT scooters but by all means don't bring your scooter/moped here to be repaired!! I wouldn't buy their scooters either... I have a 1985 Honda Elite 80cc and they have done nothing but screw it up. After spending weeks and almost $200 in the shop, it leaks oil (which it didn't do before I took it there) and it died on me the other day at an intersection & I had to push it home. I addressed several issues with them & they promised me they would fix the problems and I'm still without a properly running scooter. For example, my boyfriend rode the scooter home from Scoots & the rear fender panels CAME OFF WHILE HE WAS DRIVING! When he got home he immediately noticed it leaking oil, which it had not done before (and we've had it over 2 years). We knew then they were amateur mechanics that were just good at bullsh*tting customers. They were very reluctant to accept blame on not properly securing the panels and finally replaced the panels that were destroyed by traffic on Texas Ave & almost caused my boyfriend to wreck. I'm taking it to the Honda dealer and never doing business with those f*cktards again. read more

I rented a scooter and when i returned it back, they charged me 50$ from my deposit because i removed the "RENT ME" sticker from the side of the scooter! I was surprised about what kind of sticker is it to charge me 50$! its just simple letters sicked together which i can buy from walmart for 2 dollars. Although it is not stated in the contract how much is the penalty for removing the sticker, they insisted on charging me the 50$. read more

I bought a 2015 Genuine Roughouse about 3months ago. It has 300 miles on it and I've had to bring it in 2 times for them to work on it. Honestly if the Genuine is the "best" scooter they sell.. Don't waste your money. read more
