We purchased a Buddy and the appropriate gear. They take you through every step of the process and give you orientation training in the back lot. Amazing. Appalling and potentially dangerous!!…read more Had 2 tires replaced in late November. This is the rear axle. The spacer on the non drive side is backwards. I had drivetrain vibration, excessive tire wear, brake issues, and gear wear. I was new to the bike and just thought it was how the bike rode. It's older, and I put it down to age. It wasn't age. It was the tire being misaligned. I called today and spoke to someone who wouldn't give me their name. Wouldn't let me speak to the owner. I was told "there is nothing we can do". Never have your bike worked on here. NEVER!! In response So I asked for a name, was refused. Asked to speak to the owner/manager, was refused. And it's my fault the bike was incorrectly assembled? You claim no responsibility? Seems typical of this establishment.
