Today I went to check on it and it was "ready". I stopped down the street to fuel it up and it wouldn't start so they came down and jump started it. It made the 8 mile trip home but it's still not right. I would recommend going somewhere else. They didn't even call to tell me it was "done".

Folks this is the same outfit as On The Boarder Motorcycle. RUN THE OTHER WAY!…read more Hence the name Discount Motorcycle Tires. They are terrible at tire installation and customer service. They replaced two new tires and 600 miles later, I had a flat and was left stranded 120 miles from nearest shop. $1,500 later for a tow and a new tire, it was discovered the reason for the rear tire to loose air was a corroded air stem valve breaking apart. I called Discount Motorcycle Tires and their response was quote "It's your fault, you didn't ask us to check the air valve stem" in my opinion air valves are part of tire service and by default should be inspected and replaced. it's a $3-$5 dollar item and a safety issue. We are on two wheels not four. Most people would not mind the extra cost and it takes the tech 1-2 minutes to change out. Seriously folks be careful taking your bike to this place, the excuse they gave me and then accusing me of causing the tire install failure is a reflection of how you will be treated and the work they do. They don't stand behind it. Ok nuff said! Take care and thanks for reading my review.

The first time I called Loud Mouth Cycles a male answered but hung up the phone when I presented my errand. After that they stopped answering my calls, nor do they call back on my voice mail messages. All I want is to learn who made the payment. From their arrogant attitude I suspect it was the shop owner himself who stole $421.32 from me. From my view this is not a trustworthy business. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, THEY ARE DEALING WITH THIEVES AND ARE OF NO HELP AT ALL.

Not only was the quote I initially received from them noticeably less than the other shops, but it went even lower because Stephen was more than happy to make changes to the equipment to fit the price range I wanted to stay with. The work was completed in a timely manner. There was an issue with the equipment, not the installation, and Stephen helped me troubleshoot it a few days later at no cost. I will be returning to Loudmouth Cycles whenever I need something installed or repaired on either of my Harley's (they only work on Harley Davidson Motorcycle) in the future and encourage anyone who needs good work done at a reasonable price to do the same.
