Now people know better what kind of person you are. Mark McNamara, the owner of KO Sailing stole my money. I was about to buy a used light blue 2007 laser sailboat at KO Sailing and I put a deposit of $1,300 on 10/15/2018 but since, the boat had damaged on hull, bow eye and lacing eye on boom so I told sales person Pete to repair them so I can pay the rest amount but no responses. They sold the boat without telling any notice, so I decided to get my money back. The owner Mark McNamara This guy told me that check for $1,300 will be mailed to my house in the end of October 2019. I have been checking my mailbox everyday. No surprise. Nothing was sent from him. The owner Mark keeps telling me a lie, keeps ignoring my phone call. I even talked to all his employees (Pete, Sam, and Steph) know that what Mark is doing is not right thing to do. I have added a picture of text message from the owner Mark. He said, "Why I would I send you a check for $1300? you paid $1,200" and "This whole transaction smells of fraudulent activity" so I posted my Bank of America transaction that KO sailing received $1300. and I told him can you proof you only have received $1,200?
