After visiting multiple marinas I was quick to figure out what my budget could actually buy me. Andrew was very helpful and honest with everything. I highly suggest you ask for a in water demonstration, it would be like buying a car without a test drive. I also recommend having an independent marine repair facility to complete an inspection before you buy. These run around $300 but can save you $1000's. Andrew did a great job coordinating with me to have the boat where I needed it when I needed it there. I would do business here again. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of a document fee that I didn't agree with but due to how flexible and accommodating Andrew was it's not big deal.

Of course there are plenty of boats on display, both new and pre-owned available for purchase. Don't be surprised if you see a truck and boat with matching paint jobs, Not in the mood to look at boats- no problem! There is a variety of vendor tents for you browsing pleasure. I've seen boat shoes, tote bags, nautical decor, jewelry and more being sold. Make sure to show up to the show with an appetite. There are several delicious food trucks on site and plenty of tables and chairs for dining. There is also several outdoor bars to take care of all your drinking needs. If you are lucky- maybe you will hear one of the local bands up on the stage located near the main outdoor bar. Wasted away again in Margaritaville, anyone? The show isn't just outside and on the water. Make sure to head inside the South Shore Harbour Hotel to attend an educational workshop or seminar. I'm not sure how closely boat brokers are regulated, but definitely beware if you are a buyer. For sellers, he also charges a flat minimum commission of $3,500. So, on listings priced at $16,000 or less, that equates to over 20%, a figure that, in my opinion, leans toward predatory. Once negotiations got started. He grew angry, spoke over me, and defaulted to a condescending and dismissive tone. It was unprofessional and frankly disrespectful. I would really like to offer something redeeming here, but I can't. There just isn't anything worth salvaging.
