After that they stopped answering my calls, nor do they call back on my voice mail messages. All I want is to learn who made the payment. From their arrogant attitude I suspect it was the shop owner himself who stole $421.32 from me. From my view this is not a trustworthy business. Not only was the quote I initially received from them noticeably less than the other shops, but it went even lower because Stephen was more than happy to make changes to the equipment to fit the price range I wanted to stay with. The work was completed in a timely manner. There was an issue with the equipment, not the installation, and Stephen helped me troubleshoot it a few days later at no cost. I will be returning to Loudmouth Cycles whenever I need something installed or repaired on either of my Harley's (they only work on Harley Davidson Motorcycle) in the future and encourage anyone who needs good work done at a reasonable price to do the same.

After visiting multiple marinas I was quick to figure out what my budget could actually buy me. Andrew was very helpful and honest with everything. I highly suggest you ask for a in water demonstration, it would be like buying a car without a test drive. I also recommend having an independent marine repair facility to complete an inspection before you buy. These run around $300 but can save you $1000's. Andrew did a great job coordinating with me to have the boat where I needed it when I needed it there. I would do business here again. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of a document fee that I didn't agree with but due to how flexible and accommodating Andrew was it's not big deal.
