We had let them sit too long - very bad for the bikes. They repaired the bikes for us and we were back on the road. Then when we were ready to sell them, Houston MC Exchange gave us a fair price on the spot. The two principles are deeply involved in racing and riding. They are also bilingual. I have bought three bikes there in the last two years. Haven't had a single issue with any of them. I still ride two of them. Honda 250 CBR (sold) Yamaha 1100 VStar Kawasaki Ninja 650 Their bikes have low mileage despite age (thank you, Mrs IWontLetHubbyRideThisThing) and are in great condition. Like anything used, you can't look inside it, and you should treat them carefully at first. Add fuel treatment, check tire pressure, ride slowly for a while, etc. Tommy, Kenny and Maurice are great guys. They are riders before sales people. You feel the passion. read more

Absolutely loved doing business with these guys. Everyone is real friendly and helpful, and using them to sell my bike was extremely easy and convenient. If you're looking sell your bike but don't want to deal with all the hassle and headache, I highly recommend using their consignment program. You tell them the price you're looking to sell, they set it up in their shop and advertise it and get a 15% cut. Tommy was upfront, honest, and very helpful. In my opinion their cut was entirely worth not having to do it myself. I had bought a new bike a couple years back and unfortunately just couldn't find the time to ride it. I'd wanted to sell it for a while but just kept procrastinating because I dreaded the process of having to find an honest buyer, transfer the title, and worried about the possibility of some random person scamming me. I spent months wasting money on insurance payments for a bike I wasn't riding, and all the while it was just sitting their losing value. I wish I would of saved myself the stress and money by just going with these guys sooner because they really took over the whole process and got the bike sold quick. Houston motorcycle exchange very friendly, sociable, reasonable, with great customer service. They have a good selection of motorcycles with multiple types that catch my eye. I initially had my eyes set on one of their motorcycles advertised online. Maurice showed me the bike, in addition showed me bikes similar to the price range and type. We had a good conversation of what I want and he pointed me in the right direction. He didn't pressure me into getting a bike right then and there. Gave me my answers directly and was transparent with me. I went into research with the motorcycle I had my eyes on. I saw their price online. Did my research on different prices with other locations and guides. Had a good conversation with them and got it at the price I wanted. It was a cordial and reasonable business conversation. They honored what we discussed on the phone and in person. They didn't waste my time. I was able to take my motorcycle home the next day after the title exchange, registration, and inspection all done by them. They stand by their motorcycles and will work with you. Just talk reasonable like any other human being and everyone will be happy. Thank You Maurice for introducing me to the motorcycle. I am having a lot of fun with it, and really enjoying it. This is a BASIC service shop with BASIC service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW HERE. Only the owner of the shop can work on BMWs and he is often "too busy" to help. My time was wasted at this shop. They got what they wanted (an oil change) then sent me away to a REAL bike shop with REAL mechanics to get the REAL service done that I needed. I even called in advance and described the issue I was having, but it made no difference. I feel as though I got scammed for an oil change. I CAN DO THAT MYSELF! The only reason I asked for an oil change was to kill two birds with one stone. Motorcycle Exchange failed me. I will not make the same mistake twice, and I highly recommend Wild West Honda to all in need of professional quality service. Save yourself the time. Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha will probably be fine. My experience with my BMW was God awful. You live and you learn. 2 stars because the oil change wasn't complete $h*t. Cheers mates read more

Honestly I would have given them 0 stars if I could have but that wasn't an option. They are very helpful and all smiles when trying to sell you a bike but once they sell you the bike watch out! You beat make sure the bike you buy is in good working order or you have the knowledge to fix it or a good mechanic. They don't stand behind their bikes. They owner Tommy is an egotistical ass and rude as hell. We bought a bike in November of 2017 and it's seen maybe 10 road hours. Every time my son goes out on the road it breaks down. Luckily he hasn't gone too far from home. What a horrible experience for a first time rider. We brought it back today for another fix and Tommy has refused to fix it saying "he doesn't feel he will be able to make me happy". All I'm asking is for him to FIX THE BROKEN BIKE HE SOLD ME ALMOST A YEAR AGO. He says because my son ONE TIME cleaned the carbs himself he thinks he ruined the whole bike ! Wow. Tommy must be a really great mechanic to look at the bike just sitting in the parking lot to know for certain that the bike is ruined? And btw he worked on it AFTER my son cleaned the carbs himself and "fixed" the bike. Only to have it break down again less than 2 months later! My suggestion...stay away from this shop!! I just bought my first bike from Tommy and his team at Houston Motorcycle Exchange. It was a great experience. One of the sales guys, Kenny, listened to my needs and helped me pick out a suitable choice. I decided on a Yamaha Virago 250. It's small I know, but it's something to get acclimated to riding. These guys were very patient and genuinely care about the customer's needs and wellbeing. They insisted I use a full-face helmet and nothing else, and reminded me to get some good boots right away, and Tommy even went out with us for my first ride on the bike, complimenting me on what I was doing right, and helping me out with what I was doing wrong. The bike didn't have the rear seat on when I bought it but Tommy promised he would take care of it soon, and he did. I bought the bike last Saturday, and he put the seat (sewn by his team) on today (Wednesday following the Saturday purchase). He also replaced an indicator light that was out, free of charge. When I told Tommy that I was already feeling like I wished I'd gone ahead and bought a 650 he smiled and encouraged me to get some more time in the saddle, then come talk to him when I was ready to trade up. read more
