Well lets start with the bad things first ... here they are .... zero ... zilch ... nada ... none! This place is used car perfection! I mean they have been in the exact same location for 65 years ... 65 years ... that fact alone should tell you they are doing something right. So we ended up pulling the trigger on a 2014 Dodge Durango Citadel, it was a pretty much exactly what we were looking for! Well a month goes by and the vehicle just starts falling apart everything that can fail other than the motor and transmission has failed, thermostat, water pump, throttle body, accelerator pedal, battery, and the list goes on. I took it to a couple shops to get quotes to get the truck back up and running safely on the road and I'm looking 5-10k in potential repairs so now I'm stuck with a 20k paperweight. When I called gates to let them know about the issues the owner continues to tell me, " man I'm sorry I knew those dodges have problems and that I probably shouldn't have risked buying this one but it is as is so sorry buddy" I would not recommend this dealership to anybody ever!
