We are extremely disappointed with this purchase and with the condition of the vehicle we were…read moresold. We understand that we purchased a used vehicle without a warranty, and we accepted that there would be some risk involved. However, there is a reasonable expectation that a vehicle being sold to a customer is in a condition that allows it to be safely and reliably driven. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Just three days after purchasing the vehicle, it had to be towed because of a defective relay switch. We paid the towing and repair costs ourselves and initially gave the dealership the benefit of the doubt, assuming this was simply an unfortunate issue that can occur with a used vehicle. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. Shortly afterward, we noticed a loud and concerning noise coming from the undercarriage. We took the vehicle to an independent mechanic for an inspection, and we were informed that the motor mounts, control arms, and transfer case were all defective and in need of repair. These are not minor maintenance items--they are significant mechanical issues that come with substantial repair costs. Having multiple major mechanical problems arise almost immediately after purchasing a vehicle is extremely troubling. While we understood that we were buying a used vehicle, we did not expect to be faced with thousands of dollars in major repairs almost immediately after leaving the dealership. At this point, we feel misled and taken advantage of. We were sold a vehicle that has proven to have serious mechanical problems almost from the moment we purchased it. If these issues were present or developing at the time of the sale, we believe they should have been disclosed. We would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to have the vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before completing the purchase. We certainly wish we had. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience, and we are extremely dissatisfied with both the vehicle and the circumstances surrounding this purchase.

I love this place - It has to be the most honest used car dealership in the world!…read more Hmmm, what can I say about this place. Well lets start with the bad things first ... here they are .... zero ... zilch ... nada ... none! This place is used car perfection! I mean they have been in the exact same location for 65 years ... 65 years ... that fact alone should tell you they are doing something right. I have purchased 2 cars from here, the first was over a year ago and the 2ed was about 8 months ago. Both cars run great and were represented by the owner truthfully and accurately. I am very pleased. The greatest part about this business is Tommy, the owner. I can honestly say; anything he says will happen, he makes happen. You don't ever have to ask Tommy to do anything twice. Both cars I have got from him now have around 100k on them so of course mechanical problems happen and as soon as they do, I call Tommy and he gets the parts I need at beyond reasonable prices then he refers me to excellent mechanics. This man has great connections and he passes them all on to his customers. If you are considering buying a used car you owe it to yourself to check this place out.
