Mitchell discussed the cost of repair vs replacement and I chose repair since the damage was minimal and the car is 7 years old. They went above and beyond with service. They repaired the bumper so it looks brand new but they also took care of other scratches that have happened through the years. They detailed the exterior and interior of the car so it was looking shiny and new when I picked it up. Mitchell ran a carfax report to see if there were any recalls on my make and model car. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country.
