All I can say is Wow! Austin and his team did a full service on my 2018 EXCEL Bay Pro and my 150 HP Evinrude Etec (that no other shops want to service) he knows his stuff and does awesome work. What a great shop. I was visiting the area on business and damaged the back bumper of my rental by backing into a bollard in a parking lot. I knew it would cost me a arm and a leg if i took it back roughed up (I didn't get insurance) - so I looked up specialty mechanics in the area and Austin's Garage popped up- and thank god! The shop is clean and organized- however it is the friendly and expert service that made it a great experience. In less than an hour Austin's Garage had repaired the bumper and was looking good as new. Charged me only $100 too - probably saved me the cost of replacing the entire bumper. Honesty is definitely their policy. I recently took my 2009 Honda Accord in to one of my local automotive shops because I haven't been able to start my car without a jump. The mechanic told me he was certain I needed a new alternator. More than I could afford at the moment, I took my car to Austin's Garage for a second opinion and spoke with the owner personally. After about 5 minutes he told me I only needed minor maintenance to the battery terminal, which he provided, and sent me on my way. I came in with my 2014 Ford Edge to get a system installed into my car. He made me a custom-made subwoofer box & installed b/c I wanted to have a little bump for my music. He was quick, diligent, & ensured I was happy with his good work that was done. The job was beautifully done & all of the wires were so well hidden it was definitely a professional job done. He even fixed this plastic piece that was falling off of the bottom of my car at no price, just b/c he said it could possibly damage my car, no other business would do that!! I bought a part from Austin's garage. Asked him to show me that it worked. He said I wouldn't sell a bad part I beleaved him and sure enough it was bad there goes $300 down the drain I messaged him to see how we could resolve the issue and he never replied to my messages. I should have known better. When I went to buy part he says I open at 10 when I arrive he says I'll be there in 20 min that turned into an hour. I wouldn't trust this place. read more
