Today I ran into the problem I found out there was not a single fluid this place changed on my car,, they just lied to me.all the job that did was worth nothing and they charge extraordinary price for that. they didn't even check the air filter or the AC filter, which is basic for tuneup. I will not go to this place again .stay away from this place. Absolutely poor service.

Most honest mechanic I have used in 30 years. They get to you as fast as possible and will tell you…read moreexactly what you need done and how much it will be before they do any work, providing all the options. I don't take my cars anywhere else. As the the bad review. Sounds embellished. You can leave your car over night or drop it off first thing. You want a quick oil change? Go to jiffy lube. This is a mechanic. Not the same. Twice I have taken a car that they deemed a simple fix (once fixed it in 5 minutes) and used almost no mechanic time. They didn't charge me either of those times. That's honesty! Billy Lowry has got my business from here on out!

I got a diagnostic at NTB and they told me I needed an oil cooler replacement and a coolant flush…read more NTB sent the car to Billy Lowery Automotive to do the work which I paid $1.7k for, they worked on the car for 4 freaking days. Not sure why it took 4 full days to work on the car but they took that long which I had to rent a vehicle to take my kids to school, etc. I didn't let that be an issue even though it was, I was patient. Once I received the car back it starts making popping noises when turning the wheel and driving, the noise gets really bad at times and sounds like something is about to break off. Mind you, THIS NOISE AND ISSUE DID NOT EXIST BEFORE I received the car back. I even confirmed with NTB and their mechanics, which tested my vehicle and drove it prior to taking it to Billy Lowerys Automobile, that this noise and issue was not an issue and was non existent before taking it to Billy Lowerys Automotive. I took it back to NTB and they sent it back to Billy Lowerys, who took 4 freaking hours just to find the noise that NTB found in less than 30 minutes, I called them for an update on my car and I was told they would call me back since every single person there was on a 1 hour lunch break. after another 2 hours I call NTB and they tell me they have my car back?! so they didn't even have the professionalism to call me back the guy that owns the vehicle and paid for everything. Billy Lowerys told NTB that it was "wear and tear" on my driver side lower control arm and strut and that they both needed to be replaced. I don't understand how the lower control arm ALL OF THE SUDDEN has wear and tear while it was parked and being worked on? If the vehicle wasn't being driven around or nobody was joy riding my freaking car then there shouldn't have been any change in my lower control arms condition. Even common sense can tell you that. Why would the lower control arm suddenly mess up while its parked? CLEARLY Billy Lowerys is a rip off and they will f*ck your car up either from joy riding or just to get more money out of you. It is not a coincidence that I got my car back f*cked up after paying $1.7K for the replacement of my oil cooler and coolant flush. That's insane. I would stay way clear of this shop unless you want your car to get f*cked up. The lady on the phone is also very rude and unprofessional.

I was able to stop at an AutoZone and they ran a quick diagnostic and the report said it was the thermostat. After speaking with the mechanic at LAM's, he said that it sounded like it could be something else. Which, of course, AutoZone's diagnostic isn't 100% accurate. He diagnosed my car at LAM's and it turns out it was the water pump and another part that feeds coolant into the engine. He quoted me a reasonable price that included the parts. Other than the parts arriving a day later than expected, the job was done quickly and my vehicle runs as it did before.

I was recommended of P&S through my dad. Sam had always done quality business with him and never…read moregave him any issues. My dad has been going to P&S for years. My dad told me he wanted to put me on with P&S as they were reliable. Background: this is a family owned business. The first time I came to P&S, I brought my 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Sport to get serviced for a full markup and told him to fix whatever the problem was so that the vehicle can pass inspection. I told him that I will be paying whatever needs to be fixed. Specifically Sam directed all questions to my dad and not me. I thought that was rude because the vehicle is in my name not my dad's. I asked Sam to address me for anything related to the vehicle. Sam continued to make calls to my dad about my car. I would call to get updates on when it was ready; Sam wouldn't speak to me. Instead, I found out he had spoken to my dad. This infuriated me because my dad knows nothing about the vehicle and I felt like my needs were ignored by Sam. He didn't acknowledge me since I was a female. I had to get the information from my dad who told me the car was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived to the shop, I addressed my concerns to Sam. He looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Sam told me he fixed the problem in an affordable way. I asked him why he didn't fully fix everything that I requested prior? His response, "to save you money". I said, I didn't need to save money, but to fix the problem. Again, Sam doesn't listen any requests. I expressed my frustrations to my dad who spoke with Sam. After this, Sam apologized to me saying he didn't know. Nah you knew, just treat females like they matter. It's quite simple. The last time I came here for an oil change on my other vehicle, the Toyota. Sam was seemingly nicer and addressed me accordingly. Last week, I called P&S to schedule an appointment to get my Montero oil leak fixed. Sam answered the line and told me to call back next week. I said okay. Next week shows up, I call P&S to schedule for the oil leak on Montero. Sam told me again to call back next week. I said, Sam you told me that last week when I called. I said, it sounds like you're giving me the runaround. I said, if that's the case I'll find another local mechanic. Sam said that something was up with the computer system. I said, okay. I went ahead and went with Vela.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Deleon Mechanic Shop regarding my Audi A6. I took it…read morein to have the transmission fluid cooler control valve replaced. Initially, they were prompt in calling me to say the car was fixed, so I picked it up two days later. However, shortly after, I noticed the car was leaking fluid. I called them immediately, and they asked me to bring it back in. After doing so, I was assured they would address the issue. Unfortunately, the car continued to leak fluid even after their second attempt to fix it. I was forced to return the car to them once more. This time, they kept my car for two months, during which I never received a clear or consistent explanation for the delay. Each time I called or visited, I was given a different reason for why the repair was taking so long. It was incredibly frustrating to be without my car for such an extended period without any satisfactory communication from them. Eventually, they told me they couldn't fix the problem, but their explanations were vague and unconvincing. This lack of clarity and professionalism was disappointing. Due to this experience, I am giving Deleon Mechanic Shop a one-star rating. I will not be taking my car there again and would caution others to consider my experience before choosing this shop.
