He has inspected cars I've bought on craigslist, repaired a blown motor, replaced transmissions, rebuilt front and rear suspension, saved my cars when they were flooded last year, etc. He also maintains a close relationship with several shops in the neighborhood and will help you if you need accident repair/body work (he doesn't do that in house) or alignment/tires/wheel work.
