It took weeks to get an $85 quote. I followed up several times allowing for delay due to the holiday and the responses got worse every time. Each time I had to repeat what my request was for and they began ending questions with "?!?", as if I were a problem. I told them I felt that wasn't necessary and it persisted. When I provided a schedule to them they told me it was wrong and not what theirs said. I have no idea why they wanted one from me if they weren't going to use it. It blows my mind a business owner who also has a hobby of riding bikes would take his time to lie about, spread someone else's pictures on their pages, and cuss them for a ruckus that I'm trying to sell claiming it's stolen. Would not contact me directly to discuss any problems but immediately goes to the internet to speak lies. If his actions speaks for his work then there is no work I would trust him with. Honest and reputable. I was very impressed with J&I Automotive today. I like to choose places like this for my automotive maintenance and repairs instead of places like Jiffy Lube or other chain places. I went to J&I today for an oil change a while back and I was in and out in no time. And I paid less than going to the quick lube down the street. Above all, I wasn't pressured into buying anything else. Today my car was making a horrible noise and I had no idea what it was. I took it down to J&I and they were able to diagnose the problem and give me a really fair price. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg for this repair. AC worked fine before taking it in for the problem that should have been fixed. POST you fixing AC not working you wouldn't answer or return calls and it even made loud noises when put it reverse when it never made that noise EVER!!! I will keep speaking my experience especially since it cost over $2,000 there shouldn't be a problem. read more

Believe it or not, these guys are very honest with their work and will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle and give you a price and let you compare with other shops for prices. They get the job done and guaranteed their work (work performed correctly or will be fixed). They been working on my car since 2016 and have not sold me anything that I would not need. Stuff that is not important and need to be addressed, they will let you know that it needs to either be replaced now or soon and it's optional. They always show me my parts that's bad/damaged or dirty and give me a quote and let me decided. I couldn't ask for more out of a local shop. Thank you guys! read more

Great service with reasonable price. I came here twice. Firstly, I came because my AC needed more cooling air. He replied to my quote request very fast. Then, I came back here due to weird noises coming out of the breaks. I got the break and rotor replaced with 2 hours, no appointment needed. This shop suggested I have them rebuild my transmission at a quote of $2000. I paid that, a little late I'll give him that, but since have had nothing but problems with it to the point now where I'm back at square one with a non working transmission. I have a 12/12 warranty on it from him that he refuses to honor for one excuse after another and has begun getting to the point where he is calling me a "LITTLE BITCH FAGGOT WHO BETTER NOT STEP TO HIM" simply for trying to basically beg the guy to make it right and fix it correctly. So now I'm just giving up I dont have the money for court, which he claims he's beat people in before so basically try him, so I'm just gonna sale or part it out to make back some of the money this shop stole from me and my family. Save yourself the name calling and crap work and go to a real shop. read more
