They suck. Brought in car to have AC work done. (evaporator coil inside the car) They didnt reconnect the radio correctly or the trunk release so had to take it back. THEN two weeks later I went to change the air filter and saw they never put the engine cover back on the engine! So called and they said they never went under the hood. How do you put freon in then? So I said look. Guess what they found it. How can you miss putting a piece that big back on a car? AND you have this huge engine cover in your shop for two weeks that says NISSAN on it and you dont try and see who it belongs to? Never going there again!!!! If you ever want to pay 2-3x as much and not have a vehicle a was week, then this is your place. We have been using them for years, but JOE has some serious issues with customer service. They claim they have a warranty on their work, but JOE will most definitely was going not honor it. After my vehicle was having issues shortly after having my car worked on here, problems started. Not only that, but one issue led to more issues, which of course means $$$. They literally did not put the screws back in on the gasket. Once I discovered this bc of more things going wrong, I decided to call JOE. JOE has an attitude, esp towards women. He denied anything and told me it was not only impossible, but that they never worked on my gasket. He wanted to charge me $150 to have it towed to his shop, and I'm sure would deny the series of events that happened due their lazy and shotty work and charge me more. JOE played games with me in the phone and was horrible, he totally tried to gaslight me, but yet when I called he didn't even ask who I was or about my vehicle, he didn't bother to ask. When I got off the phone with JOE I looked up my receipt, and sue as sh*t they absolutely worked on my GASKET. JOE is a liar and loves to play games. So yeah. I would not recommend and JOE himself is rude and a gaslighter. read more

Tope's is our go to car repair shop. We used to live in Friendswood, and now live in Pearland, but we are willing to drive the 2 minutes to make sure we get our vehicle repaired by Tope's. Called Tope's today and spoke to Joe about my car trouble. Any other place would have charged me an arm and a leg just to look at it. He said there was probably nothing wrong, but if I came in, he would check it out. I did and he checked it out free of charge. There was nothing wrong and he didn't try to get me to change air filters or anything like most car repair shops. I loved the helpfulness and honesty, and I'll definitely bring my car here for work in the future. read more

These guys are THE BEST! No matter what issues we have with our aging vehicles, they always find and correct the problem, the first time we bring the car in. They always call with an accurate cost estimate and an estimated time. Our cars have always been ready to go when they promised. They have loaner cars available. Brought my 1998 4Runner in for inconsistent starts and mild engine oil leak. They checked and called up saying it started up ok. Leak was from a loosely put back engine oil plug, thanks to the last oil change (a dealership at that) and doesn't require any repair according to them. I knew the starter had been repaired 2 yrs prior and could have been on its last leg so I asked them to replace it entirely. Very honest in my opinion. Car has been working flawlessly and charges were reasonable. Would recommend this place to anyone. read more
