Some of the BEST customer service you will find anywhere. These guys go above and beyond to help…read moreget you what you need. The lights and products they sell are top quality for sure. They will be my go-to for lights from here on out. I had bought some lights from them but wouldn't fit quite right into the oversized hole I had on my boat. We ended up getting some of the OEM lights that did fit and these guys custom made them LED and sealed everything up. Even mailed me the finished product to save me the 40 mile trip back to the store. I highly recommend using them for your light setup.

They helped me pick a perfect lift kit for my truck and I had it installed here. These guys know…read morewhat they were doing. They were all very kind to answer a plethora of questions. The only negative thing I have to say is their wait time. For the lift, they were pretty busy despite haveing a scheduled appointment. That and the very poor wifi connection in the shop with no cell service was hard to do anything productful. I ended up having to leave my truck there over night since I had prior obligations, my appointment started at 8am but I wasn't told it wouldn't be finished until 4-5pm until 2hours into appointed time. Otherwise no complaints. The guys did solid professional work. I'm happy, thank you!

I was in search of a place to have a trailer hitch installed when I stumbled upon VIP. I was able…read moreto make an appointment for install within two days and their price was comparable to other businesses. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and they were spot on. The only downside of the wait time was the designated space they have for waiting. A handful of chairs in the back of the front showroom. A TV or a water cooler/coffee maker would substantially upgrade the comfort level, but alas they are new as assumed by the "now open" flags flying outside, so they get a pass for that. All in all I highly recommend VIP for hitch install over UHaul who said it would take a couple of weeks.
